Hotel dekat Hakata Station, Fukuoka

The location of this hotel is excellent. Located right in the central area of Hakata. There is even direct access from the hotel to the Hakata subway station and from there, just a short subway ride to attractions and only 2 stops from the airport station. The breakfast standard was also good. The room while quite new, but was very small. Difficult to put luggage with any room to move around.

Can’t ask for a better location as the hotel is literally at the exit of Hakata station and had 2 Family Mart downstairs. The room was very spacious at 18m2 with ample space for a suitcase and had a massage chair in it. There was a lobby area with free coffee for guests to relax in. Service was ok, we didn’t have much interaction. There is no noise from being near a busy station at all. The only issue was the housekeeping as we would find our disposable empty coffee cups and other trash still in the room though we requested for garbage or housekeeping to be thrown away.

This hotel located is good, just right in front of Hakata station. Hotel breakfast is yummy, although everyday is the same, but you won’t bored with the breakfast. The room is pretty small, if you have 2 large luggage, u need to close it up in order to have space to walk. We booked this hotel due to the location, and it also near to the tour meet up point for our tour which booked via Klook or KKDay.

Location is great, easy to get around the city… staff are super friendly… basically have everything you need within 5 minutes walking … downside is the room didn’t have a view, atleast the room I was in… just a wall behind the window … otherwise it would of been perfect

Room was soundproof and on 8th floor. Bidet sprayed rather hot water which was scary and the shower temperature very hard to adjust and water was mainly too hot. Need to keep turning the control to cool it down before you can start to shower. Better to leave it on after you adjust else you have a spend a long time readjusting. Bed does not offer very good support but reasonably comfortable. Hotel charges a fee of 3000 yen for disposal of luggage (including if you spoiled yours by accident). Based on the info online the regulation is you need to pay for disposal of bulk waste but the hotel marked up the fee at least 3 times which I feel is a rip off for a tourist with a damaged luggage and had to get a replacement suitcase already. They put a tiny dustbin in the room and had a TV only with local channels. Service staff unable to even understand and speak basic English. Remember to stick the sticker on your rubbish if it does not fit in the dustbin else they won't clear it even if it is obvious it is rubbish. Grab the free honey tea satchets from front desk and help yourself to the amenity bar at the level 1 lift lobby. They are not high quality but sufficient. The 2 bottled water and daily housekeeping much appreciated. Pajamas too big for me.

Pros: near JR station around 7 minutes’ walking distance. Separate toilet, shower and washing area with sufficient space. Clean and tidy, make up room every day (now many Japan hotels only do this every 3 days), self check in/check out counter very easy and quick. Cons: no kettle, no cups provided, you have to go to reception area to get paper cups. Nowhere to put clothes in/outside the shower. Overall, good value for money.

I recently stayed at the Blossom Hakata Premier, a brand-new hotel in Hakata-ku, and its location is hard to beat. Being so close to the JR train station made getting around Fukuoka a breeze, and I loved how easy it was to walk to nearby spots like the Nakasu District, JR Hakata City Amu Plaza Hakata, and Canal City shopping mall. The convenience really stood out. The hotel itself is modern and clean, reflecting its newness, but some of the facilities—like the onsen and fitness center—felt a bit small and underwhelming. They’re nice to have, but don’t expect anything too spacious or luxurious. As for breakfast, I’d skip it. There are so many great dining options around the hotel that it’s worth exploring those instead. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you prioritize location and a fresh, modern stay—just don’t come expecting standout amenities.

The hotel is very close to the subway station about 30 secs walk. Also it is very close 5 mins distance walk to the canal city mall. The lobby is nice and provided all the toiletries you need. There is a famous coffee place close by as well. Overall the stay is superb.

Stayed in a semi double room and the location was Nakasugawabata Station 7 minutes walk from Exit 3 ㅡ 10 minutes ㆍ It was not noisy, so it was quiet. Good value for money hotel for one person ㆍ The amenities are like a toothbrush in the room and the rest is like a way to bring it on the first floor or buy it. The downside is that I wish I had breakfast. But the cost performance is good in Nakasu, so please go there.
