Ulasan S-Peria Hotel Fukuoka Nakasu

Front staff is nice but cleaning staff was careless and would not clean the room despite the cleaning sign was put on the door at 11 am as per hotel guideline. The room is a little old. The location is closed to subway station but quite far from the Main Street.

Hotel was clean and comfy, but do note that there's only 1 laundry machine (there are laundromats nearby though). Bed material was like memory foam - a little soft. Nearby parking spots varied drastically in prices so take your time to find a reasonably priced one. A nice walk to Canal city and Tenjin; donki was a short walk away.

Location was good, just 8 minutes walk to subway. The night scenery at the river side was so nice. Many good restaurants were nearby. Staff were polite and helpful. Yet, the room size was too small for us. It was suitable for budget travelers.

Staff is okay, not super friendly type. Relatively small hotel room even if I have chosen the biggest room already. Amenities need to be picked up at front desk.

The room is a bit small for 2 persons and the price is a bit high for this kind of size in Fukuoka such location

隔壁棟在挖地基，已經分不清是地震還是因為挖地基造成的晃動了。衞生做的一般，最難接受的是沒有一次性拖鞋，第二天找他們前台拿了才有。

地段唔錯。近站。 房間新淨靚仔。各樣都唔錯。 我去開日本通常都係住5，6百蚊既4星連鎖酒店。 睇開都係大約15至19平方。 第一次去福岡見佢都冇咩平酒店。依間算係有驚喜。 7百5蚊左右。18平方。 唯一唔好既係佢執房。唔知點解唔執床。只係倒垃圾同換毛巾。

入住手續時，櫃檯人員不怕用英文跟我詳細解釋各種入住須知，這一點我覺得很棒。這裡走到天神商圈需要20分鐘左右，走到最靠近的公車站或地鐵站大概5-10分鐘。飯店設施算蠻新的，早餐我住的這三天菜色相同。

早餐很好，愛上納豆，餐廳及大堂每一位員工非常有禮貌及熱心。洒店步行去地鐵站很方便，去天神、Parco百貨商店，中洲屋台也很近。我們分配的三人房，由於梳化床較大佔了很多空間，相對較擠迫，行李箱不好放。淋浴間、洗手盆，坐廁全部分開獨立，很方便使用。大堂提供洗漱及沐浴用品供自取，整體酒店乾淨、舒適、整齊，很好的體驗。

地理位置方便距離地鐵步行5分鐘，空間夠開2個行李箱，比較可惜是酒店沒有專屬停車場，但附近有足夠的停車場可供泊車。

깔끔합니다! 지점이 두개네요 ㅠㅠ 처음에 헷갈려서 하카타지점을 갔습니다. 그래도 도착해보니 너무깔끔하고 좋아서 잘 쉬다 왔습니다

非常に綺麗てした。 バス、トイレ別とRefaのシャワー、ドライヤーが嬉しかったです。
