Love this hotel, clean and friendly staff, Will definitely come back again. Very nice hot spring as well, everything is quite new. Two minute walk to supermarket, five minute walk to canal shopping mall. Free ice stick next to the hot spring room.

Nice staff, location is excellent, only 5 minutes walk to the hotel from the station and everything is within walking distance.

2nd time to stay in 2 years because loved their location, in the middle between Tenjin and Gion where lots of shopping and dining choices but not that crowded as in Hakata JR station.

The hotel is conveniently located 15 min away from Hakata Station. It has a nice onsen, and provides many refreshments for free at different times of the day eg ice cream, Yakult and ramen. The breakfast spread is good, and the food is delicious.

It's an old hotel so things can look old, but the place is still clean. Onsen is great. Location is very near hakata station.

The main part of the hotel has two floors. The first floor is the check-in front desk (where luggage is also stored) and the dining area (you can only eat on the first floor). The second floor is the sleeping cabin and washing area. In addition, the public space is a place where you need to order and consume. There is a bar table and chair area where you can sit. First of all, this hotel is not suitable for foreign travelers because suitcases must be stored on the first floor. It will be very troublesome if you forget to take them on the second floor. Moreover, the personal storage boxes on the second floor are also very small and can only hold things such as coat and shoe storage bags. The hotel's circulation arrangement is not very reasonable. After the elevator on the first floor reaches the second floor, you must first change into slippers when entering the rest area, and then store items in the lockers. There are two doors next to it, one is the sleeping cabin area and the other is the bathroom. Especially It's easy to go wrong. Personally, I think it is suitable to be held within Japan and not suitable for foreigners to travel (if you have very little luggage, I didn’t say so)

Location is super, close to Fukuoka JR station. Parking arrangement was pretty good with great services from front-desk. Staff were very pro-active and willing to help through. I supposed to ask for a higher floor and quiet room, but turn out being given with the lowest floor - 2/F : (. This was out of our expectation and I think the hotel/Trip.com should notice us in advance, which was extremely disappointed Quite a boring breakfast with limited choice
