I have styed many times in this hotel, solely for sleeping as their prices are low, however on Saturday 4th January I experienced the worst customer service. 2 days before on Thursday I called and booked 2 rooms for the weekend and received a confirmation number. Until here all good. Upon our arrival on Saturday 4th for check in we were received by Anjali, the receptionist, who asked first for my booking name and then for the confirmation number to confirm. Once confirmed she just looked st me with a smile in her face and said that the only 2 rooms a available had AC issues and hotel was folly booked. There were no rooms for us. No apologies offered, not even attempted to find a solution or call a manager. I personally had to find a way to contact the GM for someone else to show up and "showcase" that they were trying to find us our rooms. Keep in mind, we never received any messages or call from the hotel to inform us of no rooms availability. Now the city is full, we cannot find any rooms anywhere and I am pissed to say the least!!! Writinc this from the hotel lobby wherr we are still Waiting for them to find us any solution!
