"This is the first time I've given a bad review; I'm extremely dissatisfied. First, regarding the service, it was practically nonexistent. I contacted the manager myself, who offered airport pick-up and drop-off, but then, without any prior communication, made me wait for other guests at the departure point for 20 minutes. Upon arrival at the hotel, no one greeted me. I was eventually told that because the room wasn't ready, I had to leave my belongings outside. When I finally managed to check in around 6 PM, the room lock was broken, forcing me to wait outside for another 20 minutes. When I left, the lock broke a second time, almost causing me to miss my ride. Secondly, regarding the facilities and cleanliness, the manager, for some reason, left all the windows open without the screens, resulting in bugs on the bed at night. The paint on the walls was also peeling from water damage, making me afraid of falling paint while sleeping. Furthermore, I don't know who designed the hotel; none of the light switches were labeled, leaving me to guess their location. Finally, regarding the environment, the guesthouse is located in the most remote part of the island, with extremely inconvenient transportation. Basically, there's no transportation available after 6 PM. Then, the guesthouse doesn't provide drinks or snacks; if you want to eat, you have to eat at the guesthouse's cafeteria. They also open the accommodation area to tourists, making the whole guesthouse a complete mess."

"The homestay is very good and clean, the bed is very comfortable to sleep, although it is on the coast, but there is no sound of the waves at night, it is very quiet. The sheets were also very clean and slept soundly. The aunt is very good. I originally went to Lushan Island to play this time because of the impact of the last typhoon Shadel. There was no public electric car rental. I could find my aunt to rent a car. Originally, the aunt did not want to rent, because the island regulations are not allowed, and many tourists rented the islanders' electric cars and had a lot of accidents, which was very troublesome, but the aunt later helped me find one, successfully rode the starry sky and sunset, so the next day I stayed at the aunt's house for another day. Will be here next summer!!"

"The location is very remote, in the new urban area. During the Spring Festival, taxi drivers said they wouldn't have taken my fare if I wasn't dropping someone off. There aren't many shops around, the breakfast selection is limited, and they charge extra for children's breakfast, even though many five-star hotels offer free breakfast for children. Ctrip's listing is misleading; it's clearly under renovation, not newly opened! The carpets and sofas are quite old."

"The hotel is right at the entrance of the beach resort, and there are restaurants downstairs, which is very convenient. The kids had a great time playing in the small pool on the balcony of the room. It was great in every way and I would recommend it!"
