Hotel staff was great. Room was clean, but a little run down. Excellent secured access parking.

The front desk girls have no customer service skills at all. They are rude because if you go thru a third party to purchase room they are easily confused.

No worth at all

The interior space of the rooms is in need of updating. Poor and shotty workmanship is very evident in what is there now. The fitness room is accessed by an outside door next to the lobby and when I attempted to open it two homeless men staggered out. There were marks on the floor from spilt soda hopefully. It did not smell like urine but it was creepy. The have cameras in the unit but they either don't work or no one is monitoring the room. I recommened they do a couple physical sweeps every evening since it was mentioned this is not the first time they have had this problem. There is a container for dissenfectant wipes but it was empty. The fan in the fitness room does not work. The clock on the wall is not working. This is all in the fitness room. The parking situation needs to be addressed. One exit is closed so you have to go against the directional traffic arrows to get out of the property. We found the bed comfortable and the complimentary breakfast in the morning acceptable.

Our room was very cramped. We stayed for three days and two nights and our room was never cleaned. We tried watching television and the signal kept going off. I was expecting a much more comfortable stay since I had stayed there before, but it was difficult to feel comfortable. For some reason, they also gave us a room for a person with a disability. Our shower had no way to keep the water in so when we did shower the entire bathroom got wet.

We stayed a night when passing through Fresno. When you come into the lobby the place looks decent. people working the front desk took forever to get to us. The room was in the very back up the stairs with no elevator and it was supposed to be an accessable room. The toilet flusher was broken. The heater smelt of electrical burn and the downstairs traveler was running their heater that sounded like a semi running outside and it shook the entire room. The bed had black hair in the bedding and the TV only had 3 channels that only last a few minutes before they cut out. Won't be staying here again!

I normally stay at this location for the price. Normally the rooms I’ve gotten were “ok” but this room look like it had been throw hell and back. The room look like squatters were there previously and the owners did there bet cheap job of repairing item. The floor was super stained and torn, the light fixtures were damaged, the plumbing was poor, and the WIFI was horrible.

The tv never works properly when we stay. It always cuts out and has very bad signal It makes it hard to relax when you're hearing snips of things. Other than that, its a decent place to stay.

I had called you earlier to report the incident we had with the hotel and the Ramada did not make any kind of accommodation for us so we are leering you know

The Ramadacin North East Fresno is justcacfew blocks from the places I go. It is so convenient and the stFf is always so helpful, thoughtful and courteous (even if my day left me on the other side of the fence). I stay there EVERY TIME I visit my family.

The check in system was screwed up for the employees, so it took 45 minutes to check in. Rooms were so-so. The beds were extremely comfortable and i did sleep great.
