Ulasan Ibis Budget Fresnes

Rooms are dirty, and night receptionist is very rude he charge me double for the booking, i already paid online but he again ask me to pay at the hotel. Better to replace the night staff or train him toh good behave with the customer.

J’avais réservé et payé une chambre à l’hôtel par l’intermédiaire de Trip. En arrivant à l’accueil, on m’a gentiment invité à repartir me précisant que l’hôtel était complet. C’est un véritable scandale sachant que le montant de la chante avait été prélevé sur mon compte.

Au 4e étage relativement calme mais le sol colle aux chaussures obliger de le nettoyer avec la serviette

Nothing was as in the photos, the staff only spoke french and the room was so dirty we had to find another place to stay

Day time staff was rude and unfriendly. In response of any inquiry, they used to show attitude, rudeness and disrespect. The Manager was highly disrespecting, and rude. We were scared to deal with day staff.

Is this a 3 star hotel? The motel in the very countryside is even better than this! There is no soundproofing, the room smells of cigarettes, and the bed cushions are all broken! The toilet doesn't drain, so everything comes into the room. What kind of 3-star hotel is this? Oh my friends! Don't be surprised if there will be some unknown body hair on your bed and in your room!

I stayed here for one night. the staff is very kind and ready to solve any problem. good breakfast

Air Conditioner did not work in room, stained bedsheets, no trash can in room. No amenities, front desk staff is disappointing (only one guy gets an A grade). Area is ok.

Everything was so nice service was fantastic
