The home is located only 10 minutes from the U.S. top white-water rafting area in the Arkansas river. Both of these highly-rated guide companies are conveniently located in Cotopaxi. You can enjoy a beautiful drive along the Arkansas River over to the Monarch Ski Resort. Monarch offers lower costs and significantly lower crowds compared to the ski resorts closer to Denver but has slopes for all levels from beginners to experts. Monarch is also known for being one of the most family-friendly resorts in the state. Don’t forget about the snow tubing park that Monarch just opened up.
