The room was reasonably clean, but the air quality was very bad. Upon entering, there was already a strong, unpleasant smell, and it only got worse overnight—even with the air conditioning on the highest setting. It was difficult to open the window properly because the bed was in the way, and being on the ground floor right next to the train station didn’t feel safe. Not a comfortable stay.

Das Hotel liegt sowohl fußläufig zur Inbenstadt als auch zum Hauptahnhof. Trotz direkter Nähe zu den Gleisen war es sehr leise. Die Zimmer sind hell und geräumig. Das Zimmer verfügt über einen Wasserkocher mit dem man sich Tee zubereiten kann. Eine kleine Teeauswahl war vorhanden.

Das Zimmer wurde doppelt vergeben. Plötzlich standen nachts 2 Fremde Personen im Zimmer. Das Personal hat uns nicht einmal auf diese Misere angesprochen. Bei Ankunft waren die Zusatzbetten nicht aufgebaut und hergerichtet. Waschbecken waren verstopft. Frühstück wurde ab ca. 10:15 nicht mehr mit allem aufgefüllt. Auswahl war für ein kleines schnelles Frühstück ausreichend aber überschaubar und für 17,00 EUR etwas zu teuer. Zimmer direkt an den Zuggleisen. Bei offenem Fenster war der Zug lärm zu laut.
