Very well located beside train station, however is quite an old hotel without proper maintenance, sauna and swimming pool area with many water poddle and slippery , the sauna room have good potential if well maintained, room is very dim, have problem with first room at lvl 4 with dirty water from shower, get change to lvl 2

Responsive yet friendly services, hotel may be abit old. For the first time I saw an indoor pool below the hotel. Location wise is alright, nearby to eateries and train station. Beautiful housekeeper.

酒店前台對黃皮膚不是很友好、酒店設施一般、早餐很貴且簡單、不建議加早餐。附近餐廳、酒吧很多、吃飯購物還算方便。

Rezeption nicht hilfsbereit und manchmal unfreundlich. Wirkt überlastet. Zimmer nicht sauber und einiges kaputt. Frühstück gut, aber zu teuer. Restaurant ist sehr gut und empfehlenswert. Auch sehr freundliches Personal dort. Pool im Keller war dreckig.

Ich habe kürzlich im Novo Hotel Frreiburg übernachtet und kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen. Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach perfekt – direkt am Bahnhof gelegen, bietet es eine hervorragende Anbindung, ist jedoch dennoch angenehm ruhig, sodass man erholsam schlafen kann. Der Service an der Rezeption war außergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend, was meinen Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Leider konnte ich aufgrund eines frühen Zuges das Frühstück nicht genießen, aber die sauberen und ruhigen Zimmer sowie der hervorragende Schlafkomfort haben meinen Aufenthalt sehr positiv gestaltet. Wer die zentrale Lage mit allen Annehmlichkeiten wie Shopping, Bars und Restaurants schätzt, wird dieses Hotel lieben. Ein rundum empfehlenswerter Ort für eine entspannte und bequeme Übernachtung in der Stadt!
