Very well located beside train station, however is quite an old hotel without proper maintenance, sauna and swimming pool area with many water poddle and slippery , the sauna room have good potential if well maintained, room is very dim, have problem with first room at lvl 4 with dirty water from shower, get change to lvl 2

My experience at this hotel was exceptional. The room was impressively spacious and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment throughout my stay. The front desk staff were polite and welcoming during check-in, setting a positive tone from the moment I arrived. The buffet breakfast offered a wide array of delicious choices, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others seeking a top-notch hospitality experience.

Please don't come to clean my room at 8:30 am next time, I can not wake up this early. It would be better after 10:30 am.

Responsive yet friendly services, hotel may be abit old. For the first time I saw an indoor pool below the hotel. Location wise is alright, nearby to eateries and train station. Beautiful housekeeper.

The Novotel has an excellent location, about 300 m from the train station, close enough to be convenient, but far enough away that it’s not super noisy. It is also very convenient to everything else in city. It has excellent Covid protocols, room was large and clean, front desk service was very efficient and friendly, breakfast buffet was good, small pool in basement was a very pleasant way to relax and stretch out after a day spent walking around the delightful small city of Freiburg. If I were to return I will stay here again.

Sehr schönes 2 Bett zimmer mit ausreichend Platz und schöner Aussicht, nah zum Bahnhof, weil wir kamen mit dem Zug und auch in der City ist man schnell. Also super Lage!

Der Fernseher funktionierte leider nicht. Wir haben abends telefoniert, aber der Hausmeister konnte uns nicht helfen. Er vertröstete uns auf heute, es ist niemand mehr erschienen. Wir haben es der Rezeption beim Auschecken gesagt. Sie nahm es einfach zur Kenntnis, keine Entschuldigung. Bekommen wir eine Ermäßigung? Wenn ja, wie sollen wir vorgehen. Sonst war alles okay.

酒店位置非常好！服務也還可以。房間面積很大。衞生也是好的，但是房間裝修和設備都很陳舊。沒有吃早餐不知道情況，酒店周邊到處都可以發現好吃的。

El hotel está junto a la estación de tren y a poca distancia del centro de la ciudad. La habitación es amplia y las camas cómodas aunque un poco duras. El desayuno está bien y el personal es amable.

Perfekte Lage zwischen Konzerthaus, Bahnhof, Theater und Altstadt. Angenehme Zimmer, Sauna & Innenpool sind in Ordnung.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgesprochen gut - nur Wenige Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Das Hotel verfügt über eine tolle Ausstattung und das Personal ist jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit.
