Overall I enjoyed my stay

Most of staff were very pleasant and helpful, especially Monica and evening staff at the Bar:Robert. The hotel management could look at upgrading the standard and refurbishing the rooms. Overall I had a pleasant stay.

We stayed for 4 nights in total over a week. This was a really quiet and comfortable base for our trip, with a laid back bar and swimming pool surrounded by palm trees. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was varied with plenty of choice. Fruit, cereals, pastries and cooked rice, plantain, egg and more. Decent coffee and very clean and comfortable rooms. We paid using cash as well as visa debit and MasterCard, no issues there. Radisson seemed to be a bit of a hub for things happening in Freetown, one night there was a large EU delegation party, and on returning to the hotel, we were greeted by a host of Italian sailors dancing enthusiastically with local dancers and drummers. Not something you see every day!

No doubt the hotel remain the best most secure hotel in freetown, I have been here several occasions. This time around the experience is better. First time guest relation called me on my checkout date to learn about my stay experience. The housekeeping are top norch ready to help, my room is properly cleaned, new smiling faces in front office and of course my favourite breakfast is okay. I will be back soon. Chukwu from Nigeria

I had a wonderful stay at Radisson Blu Mammy Yoko Hotel. Rooms are clean especially the bathroom. Kudos to the housekeeping they even extended help with the kettle. Hotel staff are warm and friendly.

I had an excellent stay and all was good. No major issues. The hotel staff were very professional and friendly. There are many spaces to relax, work and do other quiet work. The food was excellent and with a diverse menu. I will stay here and book this place next time

Nice hotel and nice staff especially House keeping Felicia,jeneba,bintu ,Aminata they are friendly and treated us well. Staff take good care of the guest Felicia has been so kind. Must visit and good rooms and cleaning is good and they do it every day

I got the names of many amazing staff who helped me during my stay. There are more people whose names I haven't included who all were very friendly, hospitable, and really made my experience at the Radisson wonderful. There were many incredible staff in the restaurant, including Favor Conteh, Mamadu Alpha Bah, Isata Bamba, Antonia Sellu, Kadie Sanu, Joy Stevens, Saffiatu Kargbo, Fanta Samura, Sarieu, Paul Kamara, Michael Bengeh, Aminata Fafanah, and Samuel Kposowa. They made our breakfast experience very smooth and cooked delicious food. Finda Kanawa and Esther Ngongo were part of the catering team for our lunches, and they and their team cooked and served delicious food. Ferreh Samura was the waitress who served our table for many meals on the Deck and in the restaurant. She always brought a smile, was very attentive to us, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were satisfied. Philip Saidu, the restaurant manager was also a wonderful host. He took care of our large dinner party and was always there to welcome us when we had smaller groups dining in the restaurant. He also gave us helpful recommendations on places to visit around Freetown. We couldn't have hosted our event and many guests smoothly at the Radisson without Philip's help. Mamoud Sillah, the senior concierge, was very kind and friendly. He helped oversee our many guests' arrivals and departures, making sure everyone and their many belongings got safely to each room. I could always count on Mamoud to be in the lobby or front of the hotel, ready to assist in any way. Also, the security team including Ibrahim, Mohamed, Samuel, and many others never failed to help call our team members Kekes, give restaurant recommendations, and more. We are very grateful to them. We are grateful to the team who helped unlock conference rooms each day, cleaned out and reset the rooms after each day's use, fixed the projectors and air conditioning, coordinated tea breaks, moved chairs and tables around, and so much more. Finally, there were so many wonderful people at reception, both on the day and night shift teams, who greeted us with smiles and greetings each time we passed, helped us figure out everyone's check ins and check out times, clear up confusions and mistakes, and much more. Every time I went up to reception to ask for assistance, they were very generous and patient with me. Please recognize and appreciate all of your staff. We were able to put on a successful first International West Africa Conference and Workshops on Infectious Disease in Sierra Leone due to the Radisson staff. All our team members and guests who stayed at the Radisson (over sixty people) were very happy with the services they received. The many more who visited over the course of the week for our conference were also very satisfied with the Radisson's staff and services.

I had a Fantastic stay at the hotel! Excellent amenities, attentive staff, and a convenient location, The African weather is a bit harsh.the furnitures aren’t looking too good but Will definitely be returning in the future Thanks. Joseph from Russia

the hotel is nice and the room was well clean starting from the checking to checkout we really love the hotel,the staff are very friend, and we will surely like to visit again the location is nice and we really enjoy the food in the breakfast i want to say a very big thanks to all the staff who make our stay memorable

This is by far the best hotel in Freetown. The staff are helpful , I enjoyed the selection of food in Breakfast, the room cleaner are the bes they always greet with a smile when they see you on the corridor. The security guys at the hotel are very nice and ladys at lobby reception are wobserful. I will always come back here
