The hotel staff were extremely nice at check in and out. They also tried to be accommodating when we asked for pen an paper. However the stay was supposed to include pool access, which it did not. As well as continental breakfast, which was simply a jar of cereal, frozen sausage or eggs an a few bagels. There was only bananas for fruit an not many, first come first serve it seemed. They also had a very outdated waffle batter machine that would probably be very health questionable.. Our room was comfy, however the dirty qtip we saw next to the couch as soon as we walked in and the giant cobwebs in the corner were a little off putting.. After being in the area we probably wouldn't be back unless it was the last option..

The property was under renovations as we stayed. No pool or breakfast. A six foot mirror was blocking the door to my room. Completely appalled that none of this information was provided to me prior to my stay with my 8 year old daughter

The room was clean and well equipped, but the property is a construction site. It was not clear from the online listing that all but one floor is actively being worked on by a crew. You speak to the reception person through a window screen and then enter the building through a plywood lined walkway. The parking lot is full of construction materials and equipment. Moreover, the hotel is close to the highway and there is a significant amount of noise.

The property was under construction but the room was quiet and clean. There was plenty of room for my family of four to spread out and have our own space to sleep.

Property under major construction not “renovating”. Room had construction debris on the floor, a nail, and hair in the washroom. We requested for another room which was cleaner but therw was styrofoam all over the couch and beds. Hotel said since we booked through *******, we couldn’t cancel. We called *******, which then called the hotel and the hotel said they offered us the ability to cancel which was a lie. Avoid this place.

The hotel is under construction rooms on the third floor are finished and new but to get the room is a challenge. No breakfast no pool.We stayed for 2 nights and spent most of our time in Portland.
