After a day scouting the shops, checking out the wineries or visiting the Elephant Preserve, this home is a must for either relaxing in a comfy rocking chair on the front porch, or sipping a glass of wine in the back and playing a game of Bocce Ball! Permit No. 8056002160 - Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance - If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time: 1st Offense will result in a $250 fine. 2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine. If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning.
