Good hotel, very central. It is on the other side of the Central Station a good gateway to the city.

The hotel check in was smooth and the reception staff very friendly. The area around the hotel does not seem the safest but that is not the fault of the hotel. The hotel itself feels very safe and also quiet. The location is key, with the Frankfurt (Main) HBF right opposite (1 minute walk). We enjoyed ourselves.

Nice hotel, very close to Frankfurt main station. Free apple and plum in the entrance. Room is clean and nice.

The quilt is not very clean. Though the cover is clean, you can see there is some blood stains in the inside. The hotel is right in front of the station so very convenient. And the check in and check out very fast. The hotel room is quiet.

Location is good because it is near train station if you arrive n leave Frankfurt by train. But need to avoid going out or returning late to hotel coz there are quite a lot of homeless n strange people around the station. Could look a bit unsafe.
Overall a pleasant stay

Wonderful access from Frankfurt Station north gate, less than a minute. The reception staff very friendly.

We are very pleasant by having stay at Metropolitan Hotel by Flemings. The hotel location just in front of the Frankfurt Main Train Station. Breakfast menus are more than enough! Our appreciation to Reception Staff who are very helpful to foreign country guests. Go ahead Metropolitan Hotel by Flemings and big thank as well to Trip.com

Have been to the hotel many times and have always been impressed by the most hospitable staff, convenient loacation next to main station and very comfortable rooms with shower/bathtub, iron/board and comfortable bed

Room was clean and comfortable.
The area behind the hotel isn't very safe, so don't walk to the streets at the back.
The hotel is located directly in front of the train station and this was convenient for us as we were just staying for one night and taking the train the next morning.
The biggest highlight of the hotel was the breakfast. It was amazing and food was really good!
