The hotel is very near to the main train station. Our room was facing the main road so its quite noisy but its tolerable for us. We got triple room even just for 2 person. Its very spacious. The staff was very nice. You can leave luggage before check in time. Hot water can be requested. The staff will
Help to fill in your tumbler. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

All the room was always dirty and they didn’t change sheets they just fixed them to the first shape and at first they gave us the room with two single beds which we reserved for a double bed and when we told them they said we don’t have any double room for now.
Totally mess and impolite behaviour. I won’t choose this hotel again. They didn’t have any refrigerator in the room which was shocking for us or even a single water in their hotel. In my opinion this hotel should have one star or better to say no stars at all.

note I do not recommend this hotel to anyone I often travel around different countries and this is the first time I encounter such a thing rooms not cleaned Dirty bugs cockroaches This hotel is not intended for guests

Hotel is very old and use traditional key. It's very hard to open. I told to front counter. He didn't help and agreesive talk to me. I requested help form gust.
If your nature difficult to sleep. Please run away from here. I hear everything on the road.

Hotel is a good location and right next to the main transport facilities. Only downside was that we booked the room with a double and single bed, however were provided a double room with one bed and we had a to share the bed as there was no other rooms available. Room was basic and you get what you pay for.

We booked a standard double room. However, the actual provided room was much different from the pictures. It wasn’t as clean and new as it shows in the pictures.

Very good location, near the Frankfurt Central Station. But the street is a bit too noisy when you sleep at night. Where people talking and cars passed by, especially siren from police cars very often to pass by.

In General it is a nice hotel. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is good. The only problems were the lack of aircon and the noise from outside.

Hello, I visited Frankfurt, Germany for a business trip and stayed at this hotel. Unfortunately, I was not in the best condition as I had gastroenteritis from Korea. My condition worsened significantly. It was scary to be so sick abroad. I informed the front desk about this, and the staff told me they could call an ambulance, but I didn't have German insurance, so I decided to return to Korea the next day. I was very anxious that night, but the staff tried their best to reassure me, brought me water, and came to my room several times to check on me, showing great care. I am so grateful! I eventually managed to return to Korea safely and am now receiving treatment. Thank you so much for handling the emergency so well and for your concern. Your support was comforting during that day. Thank you.
Hallo, ich habe Frankfurt, Deutschland für eine Geschäftsreise besucht und in diesem Hotel übernachtet. Leider war ich in keiner guten Verfassung, da ich eine Gastroenteritis aus Korea hatte. Mein Zustand verschlechterte sich erheblich. Es war beängstigend, im Ausland so krank zu sein. Ich habe die Rezeption über diese Situation informiert, und die Mitarbeiter sagten mir, sie könnten einen Krankenwagen rufen, aber ich hatte keine deutsche Versicherung, also beschloss ich, am nächsten Tag nach Korea zurückzukehren. Ich war sehr ängstlich in dieser Nacht, aber das Personal hat sein Bestes getan, um mich zu beruhigen, sie brachten mir Wasser und kamen mehrmals in mein Zimmer, um nach mir zu sehen, sie haben sich sehr um mich gekümmert. Ich bin so dankbar! Letztendlich konnte ich sicher nach Korea zurückkehren und erhalte nun eine Behandlung. Vielen Dank dafür, dass Sie den Notfall so gut gemeistert haben und sich so um mich gekümmert haben. Ihre Unterstützung war während dieses Tages sehr beruhigend. Danke.
