Hotel ini terletak di dekat stasiun kereta pusat di pusat kota Frankfurt. Ada stasiun kereta bawah tanah di dekatnya dan Anda dapat naik S8 atau S9 langsung ke Bandara Frankfurt.

Saya harus memberikan banyak pujian kepada Ctrip, tetapi pelayanan di hotel ini sebenarnya kurang bagus. Solusinya adalah memberi kami suite dan membiarkan kami membayar selisih harga perbedaan harga kepada kami. Waktu pemrosesan tidak lebih dari setengah jam. Kami dengan senang hati menerima dan berganti kamar malam itu. Hotel tersebut juga menerima telepon dari agen Ctrip dan setuju untuk menanganinya dengan cara ini, meskipun mereka terkejut bahwa platform Tiongkok sangat efisien. Selain itu, hotel ini relatif dekat dengan stasiun kereta api, lainnya sangat rata-rata, harganya juga sangat tinggi di antara hotel serupa saya tidak akan memilih hotel ini lain kali.

The hotel's location is convenient for the office area, making it a good choice for business travelers. However, being near the main train station can feel a bit unsettling at times. One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent breakfast—the scrambled eggs were particularly satisfying. I was also highly impressed by the night receptionist on Monday, February 24, 2025. He was polite, efficient, and incredibly helpful. It’s been a long time since I’ve encountered such a customer-oriented and passionate hotelier, and his outstanding service truly made a difference in my stay.

Great location for the business area of Frankfurt. I would recommend that travellers arriving by public transport take the S Bahn to the stop "Taunusanlage", which is in a nice safe area and avoid getting off the train at the dangerous Hauptbahnhof / main station area. The rooms are on the small side but impeccably clean, modern and well designed - with a laptop compatible safe. The bathrooms are fabulous with designer shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The breakfast at this hotel is exceptionally good - with the option to have omelettes or other egg dishes cooked freshly for you. There's a wonderful selection at the buffet and all really fresh and good quality. I also ate in the restaurant a couple of times and always found the food to be excellent. Would happily recommend it and stay here again in future

Worst Hilton ever! This made me delete my Hornor APP and forget the points. The service was shitty, the Asian lady in reception acted like I owe her 1 million, I checked in in the previous day on app and chose my room, but the room is still unavailable at 3pm (I’ve already waited for half an hour, the lady changed my room without even notifying me until I found out), no apology, no smile, just let you wait, the lady even forgot to give me room card, I used digital key to open and found no power, she asked me to pick up the card by myself because he has no time to send to me! The room is small, shabby, equal to motel in China, cheapest one. This hotel ruined my holiday. Why Frankfurt is in such a mess today? Because you welcomed too many non-sense, unpolished, rude and not educated people! You gave them the so-called mercy, they returned with chaos. Everything is shitty, people are lying on the ground everywhere, rubbish all over the street, police wandering with gun...I dared not going out after arriving this shitty hotel through the chaos surroundings. Finally, the hotel charged my small dog EUR50 per night, with this price, total 165(with parking 25), who would have chosen such a stupid hotel? So I canceled my booking on second day and deleted honor app immediately. Will never ever come to Frankfurt again. Horrible experience. The city is not the one as before

Room is clean and good breakfast

早餐還可以，出行很方便的，基本上都是步行10分鐘不到到市中心，離中央火車站也有點近，人員會雜點。

房間大小算中等，很乾凈，晚上睡覺也很安靜，超棒！

連續住了兩個晚上。第一天早上十點到達，居然馬上就能入住，很驚喜，不像有些死板的酒店非要等到下午才能入住，要誇一下。酒店位置很好，距離中央車站很近，離老城區也步行可達。酒店右邊一條街上很多躺在路邊的流浪漢，晚上走回來有點怕。
