everything was great and clean, apart from the shower. it appeared as if the outside of the shower had not been cleaned, as it had hair all around it. the staff was really kind tho

It is in the central area, not far from the exhibition, and it is just a walk away. The hotel is clean, the service is good, and the stay is very satisfactory. The lobby facilities are particularly good and the breakfast is diversified.

I stayed here for two or three weeks and was very satisfied. It has a small kitchen and all the utensils. You can check in with your bags and have a private bathroom. It is only a few minutes' walk from the nearest S Bahn station. The transportation is very convenient. The guy at the front desk is very nice. I want it. After I went away for a few days, I was allowed to store my luggage for free when I came back. This was so nice! ! ! Ideal for short to medium term or even long term living. The only drawback is that the sound insulation effect is not very good, but you can communicate with the neighbors. Most of them are on business trips, so it is generally quite quiet.

This hotel is good enough for the two of us. Conveniently located. Staff is friendly, room is clean. Bed is comfortable. With good air-con provided, you will not feel warm. Most importantly, the TV is in working condition and we could watch some of the Olympic games here. Not far from this hotel, there is an Asia Imbliss restaurant selling fantastic Chinese food. Uncle and aunty are from Hong Kong, do dine there when you are in Frankfurt. Highly recommended! There is also a Thai restaurant nearby this hotel too.

The hotel location is near the train station. The hotel service is quite good. Breakfast is nice. The room facility is good. The only problem from hotel was the overcharge which Trip.com solved the problem very quickly and easily.

This is a 3-star hotel and we did not expect much from staying in this hotel. The location is excellent but it is really noisy with passing tram cars and trains all the time. Hotel lift was also not working during half of my stay. The hotel does provide breakfast which is a plus point.
