Spa Hotels in Foz do Iguacu

Hotel perfectly located close to the airport and the entrance to the park. Friendly staff who did everything to make your stay go well. Too bad most of the rooms don't have nice views. But the park and the swimming pool are at the top. I recommend this hotel

Do NOT book this hotel - consistent terrible subpar service (provide wrong info, didnt communicate essential info, SILENT TREATMENT, slow service, wrong shuttle bus despite verifying twice with 2 different staff, only take down my cocktail order but I didnt get to hold/drink my order) from the reception, guest relations and concierge teams (many staff around but they are really bad at their jobs). No one takes ownership - talked to 3 different hotel managers (face to face) but new mistakes appear. Belmond's service -＞ avoidant style (ZERO follow up from any manager, each said I already spoke to the previous). Lousy service experience. Utterly disappointed. Good points - convenient location: (the only hotel) inside Brazil's Iguazu park (but service deteriorates due to no competition) and an excellent spa experience. Alternative to stay inside Iguazu park - stay at the hotel inside Argentina's Iguazu park.

Hotel is situated not very close to city center, but if you just need to spend a night before getting to the falls, it's ok. Just be prepared, that in the evening you won't have shops and bars next door. The room was huge, but not comfortable. Very strong smell of bleach.

It is a beautiful hotel, full of activities and nature in its surroundings. It is a little far from the center, but if you take a car you would reach the shopping centers in 15 to 20 minutes. The breakfast is very complete, buffet style, there are fruits, scrambled eggs, coffee, milk, tea, juices, yogurt, cakes, pancakes, all delicious! Huge spaces to walk and enjoy the fresh air, sports fields such as bicycle rental, spa, several swimming pools. I definitely recommend them and I will come back

Fantastic resort for families. The hotel service was amazing and offered tons of activities for kids and adults alike. Location was perfect.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean and the staff is friendly and serviceable. The hotel's restaurant offers free buffet breakfast and a menu at the letter for lunch and dinner.

I went with my mother and we stayed in a room with two beds for 3 nights. Excellent location, large rooms, good service, cleaning left something to be desired, the shower was dingy and had a leak and mold on the walls. The breakfast is excellent, however, as I needed to have coffee first thing in the morning (6:30 am) they didn't have full service (I'm lactose intolerant and I was informed by the kitchen that they didn't have any options).

It was a bit late when we arrived, but we could still check in, but the room became 1 large bed and 1 small bed. Originally, we booked 2 single beds, and then there was no water provided in the room, but there is a small kitchen that can boil water and microwave food, which is great if you want. You can make reservations at the hotel to go to the waterfall. We participated in the waterfall and bird park and also took a boat into the waterfall. It was really fun. The price is also cheaper than buying on site.

Our stay here was lovely value for money there were many things to do here and with having a great pool and health spa this was a relaxing break. With a poolside bar and two pools one very secluded it catered for a range of individuals. Would definatly stay here again cant fault the hotel a really lovely place. The airconditioning was amazing and the staff were very professional thankyou

This hotel is located close to the entrance of iguazu falls and the airport. This makes it a great place to stay if you're visiting. Pros: They have a tourist information service right next to the check in, making it really easy to book/query for information about things in the local area. Average: Breakfast with a good range of items, nothing particularly special if you've stayed in other Brazilian hotels. Cons: The rooms are not very clean and have mosquitos
