Hotel Spa di Foshan

Though this property is old, they have made an effort to upgrade the rooms and provide a comfortable and welcoming experience. I had some issues a few years back with this property and had to check out ahead of time but there is a distinct improvement in staff training, room presentation and cleanliness and the buffet is now impressive. They do cater for a lot of HK tour groups and conference groups which means it is very busy at meal times, but the food offered at the restaurant now is quite good and there’s a large variety to choose from. Check in and service from the Front desk staff has improved and everyone was super helpful and welcoming this time. Earlier visits a year after covid wasn’t so easy and it was obvious that staff were not used to dealing with foreigners- but this seems to have been addressed and staff were professional, efficient and very helpful when needed. The actual rooms were better then the photos. Breakfast was pretty good. Loved the pastries. Good croissants. Minor hiccups, amenities was to be sent to the room but did not arrive, telephone was not working, and there was some stuff I’d previous guest still in the room. Managers were very helpful.

The staffs of the Hotel are very nice and helpful but the building seek little bit old but equipment are okay. The breakfast place was wide from the passengers lift on 3/F and shall round a big circle to find entrance. However, the journey are good and everything are satisfaction indeed.

Good location, good services and beautiful view to the lakeside. But the room looks a bit old and need renovation.

I can’t say enough good things about my stay at the LN Garden Hotel. The staff are friendly and went out of there way to help me even though I don’t speak Chinese. Each day they happily arranged a car to take me to the golf course and then when I finished golfing, within 10 minutes they had arranged for a car to pick me up. The hotel is clean and comfortable. They have added a pool table, dart boards, and a fusball table to the lobby. During my stay this week I saw families from 4 years old to 70 years old playing these games together. Here in China it’s rare to have the personal service that Garden Hotel shows it’s guests.

I've never been to a fancy hotel with such a well-designed décor. The location is ideal, the hotel brunch is fantastic, and the staff is quite nice. I wish they offered foreign currency exchange for those who did not prepare themselves with a payment app. Aside from that, I highly recommend this hotel to everyone 150%.

We had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Nan Hai hotel during our recent family vacation. The hotel was incredibly well-suited for families - the rooms were spacious and clean, with plenty of space for our family of four. Thank you Alice, the hotel manager, she went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, offering helpful transfer and accommodating our needs promptly. The hotel's breakfast buffet was incredible, offering a wide variety of delicious hot and cold options to fuel us up for our busy days. The kids loved the made-to-order porridge and the selection of fresh pastries. We also enjoyed spending time at the hotel's large, well-maintained kids and standard swimming pool. The kids had a blast splashing around and burning off energy, while we parents were able to relax poolside. The adjoining kids' playroom was an added bonus, providing a fun indoor space for the little ones to play. Overall, the hotel provided an excellent home base for our trip. The combination of comfortable accommodations, attentive service, family-focused amenities like the breakfast and pool, and the kids' playroom made this hotel a perfect choice for our family getaway. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families looking for an stress-free, enjoyable vacation experience. It is very nearby Chimelong theme park as well.

The facilities and buffet breakfast was good. Places were clean. We added a third bed after the initial booking and asked for the third bed to be cancelled one day before our arrival. Unfortunately, the small bed was still in our room when we arrived. We need to ask for its removal two times before it was actually taken away!

The breakfast is very rich! The parking lot security is very considerate! The lobby manager has a very good service attitude! The only shortcoming is that holiday guests do not have a sauna discount, and the experience is not good enough. Suggestions for improvement!

Bottom line: This hotel is alright. Not terrible, but not the best, a decent 7/10. Cleanliness: it clean and decently kept. Nooks and crannies were dusty but the room itself was clean. Location: if you're looking for something close to things, this really isn't a place to stay since it's pretty far from most locations. However, for us it was nice and quiet without a lot of noise or traffic. Service: The service was good, everything we needed or wanted was dealt with and the staff was nice. Shout out to Jesse Zhou for helping us check in and answering our questions, she was great. Only reason that I took off a point is because when we ordered room service the person that brought the food didn't remove the plastic wrap from the food and we had to do that ourselves. Amenities: Honestly, this was a bit lacking. All of the dining options were a bit pricey given the hotel's cost. The room service breakfast was just ok, which was disappointing because of the cost. Bed: pretty comfortable, just felt a bit old. Other notes: The water's default setting was hot, this didn't take points away, it's just something to note. Something I really didn't like was that every light switch was a blue light touch panel that shined in the dark. Also, the thermostat was the same thing but with two extra red and green bright lights. We ended up covering these with pillows and a bag because they were do bright.
