Ulasan Foshan Sanshui ShiHuang Garden Hotel

My daughter and i usually stay in this hotel for two weeks each year during Christmas/New Year holidays. The hotel is like a home away from home for us. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and filled with sunlights during the day. Location is great, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Soundproof wasn't great in the room I had this year, we can hear people next door loud and clear, but staff addressed the issue promptly after I raised it with the front desk. The elevators could get really packed when there are tour groups or conference guests staying, there are only 2 of them servicing 20+ floors. Regardless, pleasant stay overall.

Don't choose this hotel, it's too bad! The overall quality of the waiters is not good, it can be said that there is no service at all. Friends in the same industry also reported that there was a do not disturb setting, but they swiped their cards to break into the room during lunch break for two consecutive days. The bathroom in the room leaked seriously, the water was flooded, the wash basin was blocked, and the water could not be drained. The walls and floor tiles were moldy. There were used paper towels in the room. Because the class was arranged here, I was extremely aggrieved and stayed here for a few days. I was very aggrieved for a few days. On the first day of check-in, two small bags of biscuits and two cans of drinks were given as gifts. They were left intact and I dared not eat them! The nails on the table were exposed, which was terrifying!

The front desk staff are very friendly, proactive and enthusiastic, and they also help solve small problems. The hotel has complete facilities, the rooms are clean, spacious and bright, and the bedding is comfortable and soft. The hotel is also equipped with leisure facilities such as a gym and a swimming pool. In addition, the hotel is also in a very good location, close to attractions and commercial areas.

The superior twin room is more spacious than expected. The two 1.2-meter beds are moderately soft and hard, allowing you to sleep independently without interfering with each other. The room is well soundproofed, and the curtains have strong light-blocking properties. You can sleep until you wake up naturally, which is perfect for both business trips and rest!

It's a good experience. The hotel room should be renovated. Somehow the wifi doesn't work every time. There is connection but no function. The breakfast is also downgraded.

It is very close to Forest Park, Jiangbiancang, and Changsi Sao. The design of the deluxe twin room is very reasonable, the bedding is very good, the aromatherapy smell in the corridor is a bit strong, and the waiter followed up and turned it off after feedback. The service is good👍The earphone box was missed and the efficient assistance was provided to retrieve it, which is great💗

The room is clean and the themed room is large. Children like it very much.
