Bottom line: This hotel is alright. Not terrible, but not the best, a decent 7/10. Cleanliness: it clean and decently kept. Nooks and crannies were dusty but the room itself was clean. Location: if you're looking for something close to things, this really isn't a place to stay since it's pretty far from most locations. However, for us it was nice and quiet without a lot of noise or traffic. Service: The service was good, everything we needed or wanted was dealt with and the staff was nice. Shout out to Jesse Zhou for helping us check in and answering our questions, she was great. Only reason that I took off a point is because when we ordered room service the person that brought the food didn't remove the plastic wrap from the food and we had to do that ourselves. Amenities: Honestly, this was a bit lacking. All of the dining options were a bit pricey given the hotel's cost. The room service breakfast was just ok, which was disappointing because of the cost. Bed: pretty comfortable, just felt a bit old. Other notes: The water's default setting was hot, this didn't take points away, it's just something to note. Something I really didn't like was that every light switch was a blue light touch panel that shined in the dark. Also, the thermostat was the same thing but with two extra red and green bright lights. We ended up covering these with pillows and a bag because they were do bright.

Excellent value for money as long as your expectation is managed. The hotel is a bit old but place is kept clean and tidy. The housekeeping robot delivering essential item such as toiletries etc is a nice touch. The Executive Lounge is closed which is a shame as we stay on this top floor and would have appreciated breakfast with a view! Instead I would suggest skip the hotel breakfast and go to explore with local eateries. The Chinese restaurant in the hotel is an excellent venue for local cuisine!

The hotel is particularly good, the clean environment is good, the service is good, the meal is perfect, the room is soundproofed, the hotel garden is very large, the flowers are blooming everywhere, I am very satisfied with staying for 5 days, I will stay here next time I come to Shunde.

Fantastic Stay at Pullman Hotel I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pullman Hotel, and I can't rave enough about my experience! The friendly front desk staff welcomed us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality when we arrived. Their professionalism and attentiveness set the tone for our entire stay. We had a minor issue with our initial room, but the team handled our request to change rooms immediately and gracefully. It was such a relief to have our concerns addressed so quickly! One of the standout moments was the band from the lobby, the singers were very welcoming. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with exceptional service. I can't wait to return!

Una, the lady at the front desk of the hotel, was considerate and polite. The room was neatly decorated and in excellent sanitary condition. The hotel has a beautiful environment and a European and American style of decoration, just like a resort, which makes people feel comfortable and satisfied.

This time I stayed at Shunde Midea Tribute Hotel, and the experience was perfect! As soon as I left the hotel, I was surrounded by the greenery of the golf course next to it. The air was fresh and my body and mind were instantly relaxed. The restaurant's lychee wood barbecue, seafood, and beef hot pot buffets were superb, with fresh ingredients, great taste, and thoughtful service. I will stay here again next time I come to Shunde!
