Really great … Suuperb position just back from the beach Reasonably priced and impeccably maintained . Breakfast is well balanced and rooms are clean . My only negative is that rooms are just enough in terms of size . We will be back here for sure

The staff and managements are so helpful and amazing . The hotel is very close to the central. And the staff help you to find places for food and shopping. They are all so pleasant ! Breakfast is just right. Room so clean. My husband and I came for weekend

Me and my husband stayed at the Acapulco hotel in July 2023. The hotel is quite good, they serve not bad breakfast, the location is close to the center and price/quality ratio is also ok. I would say that we enjoyed the stay till what happened today - 11.09.2023. The hotel provides you a parking permit for the time of your stay and asks to return it back when you leave. We have done this and this was checked by their employee who worked at that day. However, today I received the e-mail, that they will send my car data to the police if I do not return the parking permit. I was shocked of such an awful behavior…plus I never gave them a permission to use my car details somehow - so, they are breaking the privacy data law. Never ever recommend to stay here…

A really friendly Hotel. Lovely staff. Spotless rooms. Great breakfast. Good location. The fastest response to anything from Laundry to Bikes. One of the nicest 4 star hotels I have visited in Italy.

making a hotel beautiful is a rather easy goal, creating a welcoming and familiar atmosphere is quite another. Daiana, the hotel manager, manages to immediately make you feel like a special customer.. the staff, Francesca and Giulia for example, take care of you as if they've known each other for a long time. highly recommended.
