Ulasan ibis Fortaleza Praia de Iracema

We loved our stay at the Ibis Fortaleza, wonderful service, perfect location, delicious breakfast, with plenty of variety, freshly made tapioca, the cleaning lady was very helpful. I highly recommend the hotel.

Hotel in the second row from the sea in the middle of other tall buildings...so in the concrete of Fortaleza....hotel in the average of the Ibis i.e. quite low...small swimming pool outside the hotel entrance

Reasonable hotel, but well located...there was only 1 sheet and nothing else to cover.

Café - a mess, they don't remove used dishes, dirty tables. However, after complaints they apologized and took immediate action.

Clean, quiet, and great value for money. I will stay here again next time I come. There is a desk in the room for working. It’s great.

The receptionist was rude, and they charged R$50 for the pet's stay without mentioning this on any website. The hotel is pet-friendly just to make a profit, as it has a lot of rules for dogs. In addition, the rooms are old and the cleanliness is not 100%.

The room service was not what I expected, reception took a long time to order from the restaurant and there were few options of dishes on the menu, not to mention that the restaurant does not deliver meals to the suites. It is with deep sadness that I leave the Ibis hotel with a feeling of being poorly received.
