Best Western Plus Fort Worth North

フロントの女性がとても感じ良かったです。 全体的に満足なのですが、トイレのタンクの下にゴキブリ対策らしき物が置いてあり、「もしや出る⁈」と思い、ヒヤヒヤしながら宿泊しました。 実際には遭遇する事なく済みましたが、恐ろしかったです。

Nice but noisy The room was big, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was so- so. Sausage was tough and the pancake batter machine was almost empty one morning. Negatives were it’s right next to a highway so traffic was noisy. Walls are thin. Each night it sounded like people were stomping on the floor in the room above us. I had to call the front desk one night to complain at 12:30. There wasn’t a walk in shower, just a tiled floor in the bathroom with a toilet. I didn’t feel comfortable standing on the tiled floor to take a shower just didn’t seem sanitary to me, plus the water went almost over to the toilet since it is just one big area with nothing dividing the shower from the other part of the room. Because of the Highway noise and how thin the walls are I wouldn’t stay here again.

I liked the area around the hotel, service was nice, and breakfast had different options which I loved. What I didn’t liked was that the room had a weird small upon entering, the gym was a bit dirty and ac was on 80. Other than that I loved my stay, pool was nice, parking was easy, staff were very nice.
