The location is the best in the town. Just 100 meters away from market.

Great location. But the room are very old and definitely need a refurbishment. Service is great and so is the food.

Great location and cleanliness. Fort William is a small town so the hotel is basically accessible to everything in town within 10mins. It’s very close to bus and train stations too.

This was quite a dated hotel although located right in the centre of the town with free parking facilities. However, the hotel room was really dated although the toilet seems to have been recently updated but was really small. The price of the room was also pricey as compared with the state of the rooms. The hotel exterior although fit in with the theme but the sign had one letter that dropped out. Overall, I think the hotel is too dated and pricey.

Structure at the limits, booked only because we had no other choice. Old rooms, structure to be modernized. WiFi not working, we had to use our connection for the entire stay. Good breakfast, nothing special.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The bathroom heater is broken, the indoor temperature is low, the bed is small and the quilt is thin.

The location of the room is not bad, but the facilities of the whole hotel are very old and lack maintenance. The room always smells of oil smoke and the toilet is small. Overall, I don't recommend it according to my standards. Eating in the town is also a big problem. The only few recommended restaurants must be booked. If you want to eat in the restaurant, you have to queue for a long time. In the end, you can only have fish and chips, but the potato chips are still not fried thoroughly.
