This hotel has a great location and friendly staff, but it's clear that it's in need of refurbishment. The rooms are outdated and could use some modernization to improve the overall guest experience.

酒店位置非常好，離超市很近，離麥當勞也很近，早餐很不值得，不好吃，也挺貴，可以直接去麥當勞吃早飯，超市什麼都有，直接買了在酒店吃也行，就是酒店設施有點老

簡單舒適乾淨，早餐也挺可口的，便捷酒店，在威廉堡小鎮上，周邊還有好吃的青口貝海鮮等。從這裏去天空島中轉很好的選擇。

Fort William premier inn. The nights sleep was quiet and the bed very comfortable. The premises and the room were very disappointing and not to the usual standard that my wife and I have enjoyed in other premier inns around the country. Bathroom looked really grubby, the pair of us were not looking forward to using it. Bedroom looked run down and to be honest did not look crisp and clean, thick dust on the fire alarm, stained walls and a headboard covered in old makeup. The corridors were battered and looked old and tired. Such a shame that Fort William premier inn has been neglected by the company. My review is purely based on my previous stays with premier inn and in no way point fingers at the staff, as they can only work with what they have. We did not use the restaurant only because my way of thinking was the room was grubby then how clean is the kitchen.

The hotel rooms are a bit tired and could definitely do with a refresh, but the service is exactly what you’d expect from a Premier Inn, reliable and friendly. Big shoutout to Linda and the young lad in the restaurant their service was amazing and they were both super cheerful. Check-in was quick and easy. All in all we enjoyed our stay

A group of 20 of us booked this hotel due to location and reviews I was at the end of my 10000 mile challenge raising money for Lochaber Mountain Rescue by walking Ben Nevis on the final stage The reason for the bad review 1) no hot water from Saturday, so after a long day on ben nevis no shower, and no back up plan and to top it off 2) no breakfast on day 2 due to no hot water, you can cook a breakfast without hot water
