Ulasan Ramada by Wyndham Northern Grand Hotel & Conference Centre

I accidentally booked the wrong date. The day before, which we never checked into. The lady at the front desk said she couldn’t help us and sent us away. Told us to contact trip.com. I did this and they also refused to help at all. Absolutely terrible service considering it was an honest mistake. We were left having to pay out of pocket for another room. We decided to go to another hotel. I will not be coming back to this hotel. So rude.

Very nice hotel and location, very friendly, and restaurant is good and in good price, and front desk staff are very nice 🌹🙏

The hotel had plenty of parking, although accessing the hotel is confusing your first time as you cannot turn into the lot from both directions. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Blackout shades were great for sleeping in. Food at the restaurant was good but a bit over priced. And the free breakfast was very good.
