Excellent 3 bedroom / 2 bath unit at Santa Maria Resort! One of the best pool and hot tub areas on the island! Walk to everything - the beach is across the street. Unit is set up with a KING in the Master bedroom (with master bath) and a KING in bedroom 2 with the second bath right next to it. The 3rd bedroom has bunk beds and a queen pullout. Note: 3rd bedroom is very tight when the queen pullout is used - but functional and great for kids.Sofa and love seat in Living area and very nice Lanai with chairs and table. Kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, glass top stove, microwave and Washer/Dryer in small room just off kitchen area. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach toys / accessories are included and the cleaning service provides fresh towels and linens for your stay. In addition to the fantastic pool and hot tub area - the resort has a manatee viewing area and grilling areas and a commercial ice machine on the ground level.
