I have been a repeat customer at this hotel many times over the last 2 years but this last visit felt like I was at a 1 star hotel.

Room took an extra hour and 1/2 before I could check in. It was nice having pool/beach availability immediately but I was really in need of a nap after being up 48hrs. The waitress in the poolside restaurant was amazing. I told her my drink was a little watered down and she gave me 2 shots and mixed it again! Room was clean and comfortable and we loved the beach.

It’s a pretty decent place and you basically get what you expect from here

The first room we had was very small and dirty. They were very accommodating and allowed us to move to a suite for $150 more a night. The food and beverages are way over priced! A grilled cheese is $18.

I am not someone who writes reviews. This is probably my 4th in 40 years, but this one needed to done. Our first few hours at the hotel we had no hot water or tv. Someone came up right away to fix but it took 3 2 tv's to be replaced and a few hours for the hot water to work. Then the wifi went out and remained off and on for 5 days. Then the 3rd tv wouldn't get many channels due to wifi issues. There were clumps of tissues or napkins outside our room for days with no caring to vacuum or pick up. when they did clen the room they didn't empty the trash which was full or replace the towels. They just made the bed. Lastly, I requested an hour extra late check out until noon. They said they couldn't do that but could give me until 11:30 which was fine but then at 11 o the dot someone knocked and open the room door saying we had to leave. I've never in 40 years of traveling had a hotel abruptly enter the room and ask me to leave even without late check of 30 minutes. I would never stay there again and recommend you don't either.

We traveled with a teen for sprimg break. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and stay at the hotel. The hotel is a bit dated and not everything worked right. But, maintenance was quick to respond and fix. The bathroom had been recently updated and the shower was great (quick hot water and good water pressure). We had a suite so the fridge was great back and forth for breakfast and lunch. The beds and pillows need to be updated. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable. The restaurant was decent. Great pool, hot tub, beach access and water sports. Cloae to Lauderdale by the Sea and easy to walk there.

This hotel was very dirty and did look like the photos, the photos show there renovated rooms but we did not get one of the renovated rooms until we complained because our window was broken and door wouldn’t lock

The room seemed clean and bathrooms had been renovated. The coffee maker didn’t work. Seemed defective. The beach is nice. The pool is small. The hot tub smelled strongly of chlorine and was a little cloudy. Not many restaurants or shops in walking distance. Overall an adequate hotel.

Close to a beach and that is the only positive aspect of the hotel. WiFi was horrible and barely worked. Staff looked like they hated being there. So many ppl hogging up the pool and jacuzzi. Will never return

I would say you get what you pay for. Hotel looks like it needs an update, badly. Room beds are super tiny. Good luck fitting two people on one bed. Rooms are DIRTY!!! Hair on the floor everywhere. Kids feet were black from walking around the room. Sink does NOT drain. “Partial ocean” view means your smack dab next to the ac unit and all that electrical equipment outside the room, with a smidge of a view of the ocean. My “better option” was the same on the other side, with construction crews working on the hotel next door. No thanks. Only plus it’s on the beach and there’s some restaurants near by. Otherwise, I’d stay someplace else.

This is not a resort. It’s a ran down hotel, outdated, and smells like mold. Also just know you have to pay $20 a day for parking. The deposit for the resort is $250 which isn’t a problem if it was worth it.
