Pier Sixty Six is the newest and hottest destination resort on the block! It’s right on the water and is a full service 5 star resort with all the bells and whistles you could want for a guys or girls trip, a yachting stop over, or a family trip. The spa is massive and absolutely stunning / top notch. I had a facial with Jana and it was one of the best I’ve ever had and so relaxing. There are several dining options and I have to say each one is better vs the next, standout is the breakfast both at Garni and at the more casual lobby breakfast/coffee shop, get the egg white frittata, scrumptious. Sotogrande was fantastic too as is the poolside bites! Service was also pretty fantastic- Jacob at the concierge is super friendly and Tiffany the hostess at Garni is so sweet and friendly. The rooms are beautiful- they have a mid century vibe. I wanted more options for shopping, like a boutique lobby shop as I needed a few on trip gifts and could have bought some extra cover ups or dresses. I also felt they could use another more casual lunch grab and go outlet.

Pier Sixty-Six delivers in a very special way. There’s a modern feel , thoughtful decor and design, but most importantly it has the vibe of the iconic property that we know and love. Staff are friendly and professional. Nice job on the steps of service at checkin. We felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. Hilma was charming and exceeded expectations. The junior suite is spot on the value. Comfortable amenities in the room with spectacular views of Fort Lauderdale. Nostalgic. Pier Top was energetic and of course it rotates. So cool. We really enjoyed our 33rd anniversary as you can probably tell. Keep finding your rhythm in the dining outlets. Pier 66 exceeded every expectation. My wife and I stayed a few nights prior to catching a cruise, but after staying here our only regret is that we didn’t plan to stay longer. Everything was spectacular. The property is new, very modern and so clean. The pools are stunning. The staff was exceptional - very service oriented. The food was terrific. There isn’t anything about this property that I wouldn’t highly recommend. I want to highlight a few of the staff who made our stay extra nice. Natalia and Richard at the front office were so kind and thoughtful. The pool hosts, specifically Amanda, Stephanie and Kiersten were the best!! Thank you everyone at Pier 66. We will be back.

It is difficult to write a review of this property because there is so much that is outstanding about it, I don't know where to start. The renovation is unbelievably gorgeous. No expense was spared and everywhere you look, it is a feast for the eyes. The guest rooms are magnificent and very unique. The pool areas are drop dead gorgeous. There's no other way to put it! Dinner at Calusso was a culinary adventure from start to finish. The turbot with roasted capers, pumpkin seeds in a lobster emulsion was one of the best dishes I've ever had and I've dined everywhere from Rio to Paris. Breakfast at Sotogrande was delightful and delicious each morning. The menu...the setting...the service....the best you could ask for. The staff at the property are all so friendly it only enhances an unforgettable experience. The rooftop restaurant in the iconic tower was not yet open during out visit but you can be sure I'll be back to check it out. Being open only a few weeks there were a few flaws but easy to overlook. For the benefit of the property I'll point out that the kitchen is very slow at Calusso and everything took too long to come out. The biggest sore spot for me was the lobby market called Elate. Don't charge over $10 for a cup of coffee in the morning and $8 for a small bottle of Diet Coke especially if you make me wait for it ten minutes due the the ineptitude of the clueless staff working there. Easy to fix in an otherwise flawless experience. I can't say enough about Pier Sixty Six. It is remarkable, impressive and truly spectacular.

The place is drop dead gorgeous. Nothing better in Ft Lauderdale. The staff though isn’t up to par and doesn’t match the facilities. More training is needed. You can see the newness. Many things were off - we counted 9 issues unfortunately during our stay. It will get fixed but it’s still too new. For the price - they should work to tighten it up or they won’t be able to compete. We can’t wait to return after these kinks are worked out. Good luck Pier 66! Definitely a step in the right direction.

Asked front desk if there is a hotel directory. The answer is no, “you can find it in website “. Couldn’t find it on website. There is no phone in the room, so used my cell to call the hotel, got answering machine. Say there is no display for where and what the hotel offers. The location is not convenient for the money.

Milourde was amazing! She was kind and had such outstanding service. She made my vacation even better. :) please give her a raise or promote her or both! On top of this the views were amazing and the hotel itself was so nice. I love this hotel and service I will definitely be staying here again!

When charging circa $1200 per night you would have hoped for a service level to match the price tag but yet again we find a hotel/resort that charges insane prices yet cannot even be bothered to answer a future guests emails regarding an upcoming stay. You invest millions on a refurb/ remodel yet the basics (which cost nothing) are completely ignored. My question is why--why do you get it so wrong?

The hotel has a great modern vibe and I found that the food, which was catered as part of a large business event, quite good. The hotel feels very new - in good ways and bad. On the one hand the rooms, linens, meeting spaces all feel very clean and new. On the other hand there was still some finishing going on of rooms, some light switches that didn't yet work properly, etc. Overall lovely hotel and I'm sure it will be even better soon once all of the final touches are complete.
