Ulasan Axis Ponte de Lima Golf Resort Hotel

O atendimento na receção era ótimo o ar condicionado faz muito barulho e mesmo com o do meu quarto desligado, ouve-se toda a noite o do quarto ao lado. Casa de banho com banheira, o que torna difícil o acesso a quem já tem alguma mobilidade reduzida. Qualidade/preço, exagerado.

Stayed here after a round of golf. Room was clean and spacious. Staff were extremely helpful. Very cheap night included breakfast so definitely good value for money. Ate in golf restaurant which was rather pricey but a short walk away rather than driving into town. Will definitely return for a couple of nights as very convenient for golf course.

Arrived at the room and noticed some stains on the sheets. Called reception and they said they would send someone to clean it up while we went to the pool. When we came back we noticed the stains were still there (however a bit faded). At the reception they ensured the sheets had been changed, even though we were telling the clerk there were the exact same stains. So someone is clearly at fault here and making fools out of the customers. As if dirty sheets weren’t bad enough, they still try to make fools out of their customers. Lamentable. The funniest part is that we had had a similar problem in a hotel in Braga from the same company, Axis.

We stayed here as part of a golfing trip to northern Portugal. We enjoyed the golf course which is very good … if lacking in decent practice facilities. The hotel is nothing special … clean and functional - no bar, but you can buy alcohol in reception for consumption in your room. There is a pool and gym attached which is for use by hotel guests - and outside members too. The staff in the gym were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is ok. As the hotel does not have a restaurant, we had a package which allowed us to eat in the golf club restaurant. The food here is very mediocre indeed … a set menu with a choice of two dishes per course (more for desert). My veal pasta was pretty much inedible on one night I am sad to say. The staff in the restaurant are very hit and miss … apart from Miguel who tried exceedingly hard and looked after us very well. Thumbs up to him!

A bit outside from the center of the city. Nice environment being a golf resort. The hotel has nice facilities and we enjoyed. Rooms was ok nothing special but room was good size. Breakfast was ok, satisfactory but nothing special.

Boa estadia. Hotel calmo e sossegado com uma piscina enorme de água em ótima temperatura. Banho turco impecável. Pequeno almoço bom com alguma variedade. Tudo como esperado! De salientar que não é um hotel de luxo mas para quem quiser visitar a cidade pode bem ficar por aqui.

Estive hospedada no hotel com o meu marido. Hotel simples, limpo, cheiroso, pequeno-almoço simples mas muito saboroso. A nossa estadia ficou especialmente marcada pelo atendimento do funcionário Marco. Baseada nele, a minha avaliação seria 5estrelas. Profissional simpático, atencioso, atento aos detalhes. Adoramos. Deixamos como sugestão aumentar a temperatura da água da piscina e disponibilizar roupões.

L'hotel est un peu vieillissant mais très propre . Le petit déjeuner est très bien. Le personnel de l'hôtel et surtout du club house sont professionnels et arrangeants. Éviter à tout prix la Demi pension au restaurant du golf, même pas de nappe sur la table et buffet servi dans de grands plats en inox. Le parcours est très vallonné et parfaitement entretenu, voiturette indispensable.

Pagar um café expresso quando tomava o pequeno-almoço vergonhoso não pelo valor mas pelo abuso e ganância por 1.20€ perderam um cliente.até porque o hotel tem quartos velhos com uma extensão elétrica para ligar a chaleira enfim muito anos oitenta.

Quarto muito espaçoso, cama e almofadas confortáveis, casa de banho limpa. Pequeno almoço muito bom e staff sempre disponível e a repor. Vista para o campo de ténis numa varanda que se deve estar muito bem em noites mais quentes. Sala de estar perto da receção com TV e sofás confortáveis. A repetir

Excellent, accueil des plus bienveillant. Je recommande. Personnels très sympathiques, une bienveillance sans égal au Portugal. Groupe de 9 personnes, certaines, parmi nous, ne méritaient pas autant d’égards. Piscine, salle de gym, restaurant, petits déjeuners, tout est parfait

Um hotel num local muito sossegado. Os quartos estão em bom estado e com boa apresentação. O pequeno almoço estava dentro dos parâmetros para um hotel desta categoria. O atendimento foi muito bom desde a recepção e até na sala de pequeno almoço.
