Ulasan Quality Hotel Expo

Location is strategic for my travel and I enjoyed the breakfast selection. The room overall is fine but just a little stuffy for me.

Не первый раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле и всегда очень довольна. Прекрасное месторасположение и виды из окна на фьорд. Отличный завтрак в ресторане. Комфортные условия проживания. Очень чисто. Цена - достаточно бюджетная для Осло. Рекомендую!

Everything was very good. Checking in and checking out easy and fast. Staff in general very attentive and helpful. Excellent breakfast with a wide selection, however limited space to store clothing during our stay.

Great service / great breakfast / right next to the arena, but to the city also only 15 min by bus / very quiet / bar until 24 o'clock

The breakfast was very good. The hallways very dirty, vacuum cleaning was desperately needed. I paid for superior room, one double bed plus double sofa bed suitable for 3 adults or a family of 4. I received standard room with foldaway bed suitable for a child. On my request to correct the room allocation the receptionist explained that hotel doesn’t have rooms with sofa bed and ******* made a mistake in providing room description. Next day , while room was cleaned, I saw that actually the rooms exists exactly as described by *******. My adult son had to endure 3 nights of discomfort. Very disappointing for a hotel that has word Quality in its title.

Breakfast was good at the hotel. However cleanliness left to be desires. Especially on the 3rd floor the carpet on the hallways was not vacuumed.

Food at Brasserie X restaurant for dinner & breakfast were good. Nice views & big room. Friendly and fast check in.

Nice business hotel and good location just outside Oslo. Big hotel with a lot of expo guests having seminars and group meetings, so pretty crowded during the day and evening at the bar. So if you like nice and cosy then don't go here. Staff is friendly. Rooms are dated, so need an update. Parking below the hotel is perfect and rather cheap (15 euro p/day).

Since the recovery of the travels, many staff is barely less than a few months old and manning the front desk without sufficient experience. Many past reviews was pretty negative and as to how the GM responses are it’s left to be seen in the next 3-6mths. New Staff do not wear any Tags to state that they are new and therefore becomes ‘Nameless’, a strange habit 🤔 perhaps.

The room was verry cold, so we was freezing almost all the time we was at the hotel. The cleaning was not good enough, there was a hair tie around the soap in tje shower, that had hair on it, when we came and the room was a bit dirty. But the people that work at the hotel was verry nice and kind to us. Over all a good hotel but too cold and not clean room
