Clean and cozy rooms. Staff was very polite and customer service was excellent. We arrived quite late at the hotel, but instructions given by the staff was great and there was no issues at all.

Room small for the price, almost no natural light. No public places to read or to be after 2230. Breakfast recommendable. Service good although they cannot understand Catalan, which would be appreciated. Good situation and nice rooftop views

Good position ! Never saw the bar open ! or the restatuant. When you come down for breakfast there is a mob waiting to pounce on you for your room number. Breakfast was ok but you have to ask for milk for tea! milk for ceral! in short no milk unles you ask. But what really pissed me off was as usally i paid for 4 night stay but was only staying 3 so i dont have to get out of the room early. So when i checked out i didnt notice not only had they charged me for the extra night which was fine ! but also the parking and two breakfasts for the day I wasnt even there!! Yes i should have checked the bill! but i was in a hurry ! Staff were miserable ! especially Ms Trunchball !! Will not be staying here ever again!!

Great little Hotel located innthe center of Font Romeu village. Clean and fresh rooms, clean and contemporary designed with comfy beds and good bed linen. The staff is friendly smiley and available. The breakfast is great and varied. Indoor car parking is also a big plus

This hotel is right in the heart of the action in Font-Romeu. First off, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Most all spoke some English. The hotel does have a private, underground parking garage that you do have to pay extra for as we did. I can especially see how this might be nice in the winter. There is an elevator which makes transporting luggage easier. Our room was very nice and seemed to be recently remodeled, or they are just really good at keeping them up. Breakfast (pay extra) was a great spread. On the top floor is an indoor pool (not large but OK, an outdoor hot tub, and a sap area. Best yet, right out the door, is everything else in the heart of the town. If you were a skier, you would only have to walk a block to the lift up the mountain. Lots of shops and restaurants are within very easy walking distance.

Great facilities and very comfortable accommodation. We had a room overlooking the front of hotel and the view was fantastic. Just a shame the hotel restaurant was not open as have been previously and the food was brilliant.

Very pleasant stay, the hotel is comfortable and possess very nice amenities and the best view of the mountains. All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, I will come back if possible. The Jacuzzi on the roof top is AMAZING, only to get access to that Jacuzzi and the view I will come back multiple times

Très bon accueil, vue magnifique, chambre propre de taille correct avec un mange debout et 2 chaises hautes, mini bar (manquerait une machine à café), belle salle de bain. En plein centre ville, tout est disponible à pieds en moins de 2 minutes, très confortable. L’atout de cet hôtel est la piscine intérieure et le spa extérieur, avec une vue splendide. Également un sauna est disponible. Petite terrasse avec une petite table et 2 chaises en inox (pas top) mais qui a le mérite d’exister. Également le bois extérieur de la terrasse mériterait une réfection. 2 parkings (intérieur et extérieur), assez étroit d’accès, non adapté aux voitures de sport basses et larges (pas de problème pour des voitures normales ou SUV normaux), mais l’hôtel nous a très gentillement mis à disposition un autre parking, encore merci. Attention si l’hôtel est plein à la disponibilité du spa et du sauna aux heures de pointes. Nous recommandons grandement cet hôtel, nous reviendrons à l’occasion !

Nous avions réservé une chambre côté montagne avec une amie. On a choisi cet hôtel car il y a un spa et nous avions envie de se détendre et être au calme. Lorsque nous sommes arrivées, il n'y avait personne à l'accueil avant 5 bonnes minutes et la dame qui est finalement arrivée aurait être plus aimable. Le lendemain matin autour de 8h30 9h, on a la désagréable surprise d'être réveillé par une perceuse qui était sans doute juste à côté ou au dessus de nous. Ça à durer je pense toute la journée car nous sommes parti vers midi, ça n'a pas cessé puis nous sommes rentrées vers 18h et la perceuse marchait toujours jusqu'à ce qu'on aille manger. On l'a signalé à l'hôtel mais ils n'ont pas eu l'air de s'en préoccuper. Seulement le lendemain c'était de nouveau pareil. Quand on s'est plain de nouveau, les dames de l'accueil nous prenaient en plus de haut, en disant que c'était les voisins et qu'ils ne pouvaient donc rien faire. Peut-être nous changer de chambre ou une ristourne aurait été le minimum. Nous leur avons fait écouter le bruit que nous avions enregistrer, c'était horrible comme si ça se passait dans notre chambre. Mais rien, ça ne leur paraissait pas ahurissant que nous avions choisi un hôtel hors saison pour être tranquille et se détendre et que nous avions tout l'inverse. Inadmissible. Le spa était sympa mais vraiment petit, pour ceux qui partent en pleine saison bon courage...
