We stayed for one night in September, and the room was like an oven. Didn't sleep at all. One small fan and the window opened an inch. Complained to reception, but all the said was it was built to keep heat in and that they should of had air con put it when built. Complained to Premier Inn and got the following reply. I can understand your disappointment, especially as you had an early start the following day. On this occasion we would not offer a refund for your stay as this hotel does not advertise itself as having air conditioning, and there is a flag on the website which advises guests that this facility is not available at this location.
