Istrice Apartment The Istrice Apartment (42 sqm) is located on the ground floor and features a living room with a kitchenette, a dining table, and a double sofa bed, as well as a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Outside, a small pergola covered with Fragola grapevines provides a private table and a barbecue. The apartment has direct access to the garden and is approximately 50 metres from the swimming pool. It is situated within the farmhouse, surrounded by the estate’s vineyards and fields. A complimentary guided tour of the historic winery with a wine tasting is included for all guests.
