Mia Casa Hotel

Спасибо большое. нам дали номер с видом на море, хотя мы бронировали с видом на горы. Госиеприемный хозяин отеля. Отличный вид, чисто, всё есть. Вернулись бы ещё. Рядом находится смотровая площадка. Можно спуститься вниз к набережной и порту. При отеле есть маленькое кафе, но еду мы там не пробовали. Советуем

Хороший отель, завтрак как и везде вкусный. Местоположение у моря на пляже. Есть бассейн. Вай-фай был в наличие. Номер чистый

What to say first, firstly the hotel photos are nothing like the actual rooms After changing rooms the following day as the first one was so small and I mean small The room balcony had no glass in so you could easily slip and fall through two floors Our room was not made up in all the 4 days we stayed , not even the used toilet paper bin! No fresh towels or sheets either The shower door fell off in my wife’s hands No fly screens on the door to the balcony so you had to sleep with no air circulation Handle broken on wardrobe and missing drawers of the bed side tables Shower tray was filthy Breakfast everyday was the same cold bland food unless you like hotdog sausages in tomato sauce or menenem I would not recommend this hotel

Arrived at 1.00 am to a lovely welcome from the night porter. Got shown to a horrendous standard double bedroom, as my sister had been to the hotel and paid for us to be upgraded we were really disappointed. The room was as clean as the housekeepers could make it under the circumstances. See the photos, the camera doesn’t lie, wardrobe propped up by pieces of cardboard, drawers were filthy, blood stains on the walls and nets, sockets hanging off the wall, half didn’t even work, charged our mobiles etc in the bathroom. 5 days after arriving and loads and of conversations between my sister and the hotel manager we were finally moved to the room my sister had paid for which I must admit was loads better. Staff were rude, apart from the housekeeping, I asked three times for a late check out with no reply, I believe the hotel manager was making life difficult, we skipped breakfast after day 1, had to pay extra for orange juice/squash, really? I could go on and on but hopefully you get the message. AVOID at all costs and go elsewhere.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this hotel is such a gem I had to. The setting is beautiful right on the seafront gorgeous throughout the day with amazing sunsets every night. The staff are second to none all of them, reception, restaurant, bar, the chefs all so friendly and done with smiles on their faces. I have to give a special mention to the 2 ladies who do the housekeeping what a lovely pair of ladies always smiling giving you a wave and going out of their way to help you. We had a room on the third floor and enjoyed a sea view and a view of the mountains and could watch the water taxi travel up and down. Yes there is no lift but the steps are not steep and are short flights if you need to take a breather we had no issues as a couple in our 50’s. Our room was very modern, good size with a very comfortable bed, lovely bathroom and good air conditioning, the balcony is small but large enough and has a table and a couple of chairs. I was concerned that we would struggle to find beds around the pool but this was never an issue sometimes having it entirely to ourselves. The water taxi is a 5 minute walk away and plenty of bars/restaurants on your doorstep yet you were never troubled by noise on a night time. We stayed 10 nights and enjoyed it immensely and would highly recommend this hotel. No complaints at all my only suggestion would be some more draws/shelf space in the rooms if staying the length of time we did. I look forward to returning and enjoying their great hospitality only returned home today and miss it already. Thank you for making our holiday!

This is a hotel that looks nice from the outside but unfortunately does not have the same standard inside. The staff were very helpful and the location is great. However, the bed linen was poor, on arrival my daughters bed had stained blood on it. The bedding was like an old tea towel. There was an option of a light duvet in the wardrobe but no covers. The sink was only cleaned once in 10 days, the pool area was tired and dirty, and not cleaned at all in the 10 days we were there and the sunbeds are old and stained. The best thing was the bar staff who couldn't be more friendly and helpful. I don't like leaving a poor review but this hotel could make some small changes which would make all the difference.

Amazing experience. Friendly staff who were always helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. We had the luxury of getting a partial see view on one side and mountains on the other which made watching the sunset very enjoyable. Location is optimal with a beach, market and entertainment at a walking distance. If you’re looking for authentic Turkish food, their restaurant has it all. Great food and service all with a lovely sea view.

The staff were so lovely and welcoming, and the rooms were cleaned very nicely. Breakfast was lovely and fresh, the turkish tea was a great start to the day. Dinner was delicious and authentic Turkish food, could not find better food in the area! The hotel facilities were very clean. The beds were so comfortable and we always had a full night's sleep. The hotel is right on the beach, the perfect place to watch the sun set and eat dinner on the *****! Lots of bars and restaurants a short walk away, and a water taxi next to the hotel to take you into the town where there are tons of shops and more restaurants. We loved our stay at Mia Casa and will be coming back!!

Excellent service, excellent staff, excellent food! Our stay at Mia Casa was for 5 nights, and we can honestly say it was a great hotel. The hotel was clean, with modern bedrooms and an incredible view. The food at Casa Kebap was wonderful too, a wonderful selection of foods, with something for everyone. Thank you Mia Casa! I will be returning and recommending to my friends and family.
