Always excellent, organized and clean. Breakfast is very tasty. Careful staff friendly and educated.

The TV was not working right the signal, I called the technician who came to the board, but soon stopped the signal again (i ended up with), the bar was not a pleasant service. The shower box had a terrible noise, lack of a oil, the ventilation in the room is not good.

The hotel refrigerator was very loud, the quilt sheets were actually two pieces up and down, fell asleep, and the quilt ran out. Maybe the city is close to the beach, the quilts are all tide, I don't like it, after all, the price is there.

Hotel with excellent location, well centralized, excellent appearance is very comfortable ! spectacular breakfast with a lot of variation !

O hotel fica no centro, e tem boa localização, o quarto é limpo, tivemos alguns contratempos com o chuveiro quente, o café da manhã é cobrado à parte, então não tomei, não posso avaliar, e estacionamento também é cobrado a parte, logo torna a estadia pra quem está com carro, mais caro. Foi uma passagem pela cidade, então foi apenas uma diária, como sugestão seria bom melhorarem os lençóis pra inverno, estava frio.

The hotel is old and has been renovated. The accommodation environment is quite satisfactory, and there are many locals who choose this hotel to stay. Close to the pedestrian street, safe nearby, you can go shopping. The hotel's breakfast and lunch dinner are good.

The hotel is very good, excellent location in the centre of Florianópolis.If you want to go to the beach this hotel is not near the beaches, it is in the central area of Florianópolis, but it is a good option for anyone looking for this region.

I stayed here for 4 days and overall, had a great experience. The hotel is new and had been open for 1 week when I arrived. Check In/out: It was a bit slow as I think they were still getting used to check ins and also because I was from outside the country (credit card processing, passport, etc--I think I was their first guest from the USA). Check out was fast. Room: I booked the ocean front (Luxo Frente Mar). The room that i originally checked into had a strange odor (sewage like). I called downstairs and they moved me immediately to another room. Amenities were really nice, and air conditioning worked perfectly. Very important when you are dealing with the hot sun of Floripa. Dining/Breakfast: TOP NOTCH. Amazing food!! The breakfast was buffet style. The drinks were well proportioned and they had good mixologists making them. I forgot the Manager's name (wore glasses) but he was very professional and helpful, especially with food allergies and dietary restrictions. Concierge/Front Desk: Excellent. Jean really knows the island and has great connections and recommendations. If you need anything, he is the guy that can help. Other: -The hotel has hybrid road bikes for use. This was one of the highlights of the stay because I used the bikes to go all over Florianopolis. They are high quality bikes so it makes for a great leisure (or speed) ride. The island is very safe so I highly recommend it. -There is a pool on the rooftop that is a good place to sunbathe and relax. -The gym has brand new free weights, machines, and treadmills. Overall a great stay! Looking forward to staying again.
