O hotel é bem localizado, tem tudo para ser bom, porém acredito ser mal administrado, o ambiente, o chão é sujo, desde o saguão ate os quartos. No quarto onde ficamos a varanda estava totalmente suja, o chão do quarto estava grudento e o banheiro estava vazando agua ate o quarto. O café da manhã tinha pouquíssimas funcionárias para dar conta de ficar repondo os alimentos, lavando os pratos, xícaras e tirando os utensílios das mesas dos hospedes que ja tinham tomado café. Foi uma caos, muitos hospedes aguardando ser lavado os pratos e xícaras para conseguir comer. O hotel cobra o estacionamento a parte, pagamos, porém deixamos o carro estacionado na rua ao lado do hotel e entregamos a chave pra que eles levassem o carro ate o estacionamento, contudo no dia seguinte o carro estava no mesmo lugar, passou a noite toda na rua, pois esqueceram de guardar o nosso carro, ou seja, pagamos para nada, pois o estacionamento da rua era de graça. Acredito que se tivessem mais funcionários em todos os setores o hotel ofereceria melhor conforto para os hospedes.

Worst hotel of my life... everything is old, horrible service, disorganized staff, terrible garage, coffee far below expectations and, on top of all that, exorbitant prices. For example: car garage at R$50.00, mineral water at R$8.00... they'll never get me again!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡
