Ulasan Hotel Medici

The location is amazing, however the heaters were off at night and it was cold

Hotel fica muito bem localizado ao lado da Duomo e todas as grandes lojas e atrações, tem um bar no Roftop ( caro e sem opção de comida, mas tem). O atendimento do staff foi com aquele cara feia curta e grossa, o quarto apesar de bem espaçoso não era agradável, um mini ventilador para três camas o que não servia para nada , nunca suei tanto a noite, banheiro renovado mas sem ergonomia, pia sem bancada , casa de banho sem apoios de sabonete e shampoo, e as toalhas ficam totalmente a desejar. O elevador e outro caso, disputa com visitantes quando funcionava. Esse hotel no outono dever ser mais aceitável pois o clima não necessita de ar condicionado.

Hôtel très agréable et central, les chambres sont pleines de charmes, un très beau rooftop vous attend en haut. un bémol pr la douche qui mérite véritablement d’être refaite et l’installation d’un double vitrage aux fenêtres pr les chambres m’apparaît comme étant un point important : bcp de bruit la nuit, les professionnels locaux profitent du calme de la ville de nuit pour charger et décharger tout ce dont ils ont besoin juste sous les fenêtres de l’hôtel.

Excelente ubicación, a pasos de la catedral. El hotel es muy prolijo, cuenta con ascensor y un hermoso rooftop con excelentes vistas a la ciudad. Al compartir el ascensor con el acceso al rooftop suele estar más solicitado de lo normal. La habitación es pequeña y nos costó dormir debido al ruido que proviene de la calle por las noches, a pesar de encontrarnos en un piso alto.

ヨーロッパ周遊旅行のフィレンツェ滞在で宿泊しました。 サンタマリアノヴェラ駅から徒歩10分、ドゥオモから徒歩1分と非常にアクセスの良い場所にあります。クーラーがなく、扇風機のみでしたが、部屋は綺麗で快適に過ごす事が出来ました。 ホテルの6階はバーになっていて、ドゥオモやフィレンツェの街並が綺麗に見えます。

除了頂樓觀景小酒吧，其它整體真的是非常一般到差的程度，什麼都沒有。在意行李寄存沒人看管的就更加不推薦入住了。誠實的二星標簽，不實誠的價格。

設施：齊全 衞生：很乾凈 環境：很好，離很多旅遊景點非常近 服務：特別特別好

性極比超高，也因此其他都很一般，下樓走兩步就是聖母院

Shocking.Apallingly dirty with a receptionist (possibly called Elisa) who is so rude I asked myself " l wonder how long she has been out of jail" .She shouted and made me scared for my safety.If l hadn't arrived late l would have left immediately.Awake all night with furniture by door in case she attempted access .She appears to have a major personality disorder.No heating and overpriced.Extremely noisy .An overpriced hell hole

This hotel is not “fancy”, but the location and service made up for that. Very affordable for Florence, Italy. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. A rooftop bar with snacks and a great view of Florence and the Duomo rounded out the experience. Would definitely recommend.

What can I say? Comfortable, clean rooms. Good price, good location. Staff mostly rude and felt almost arrogant. Could be a cultural thing. Managers were on top of things, but staff made us feel like we were a burden. Stayed here several days and this was a consistent issue and I work in high touch service business, so not being a Karen here . The area was safe, even at night, but expect street noise throughout the night because it's a city. But if all that is important is location and cleanliness go for it!

The worse kip I've ever stayed in (for 30 minutes, before I left).. which incidentally, I think, was last decorated by Medici too. Checked into the hotel, and was given keys to dark, dingy, smelly and frankly hazardous room. I left after 30 minutes as soon as I could book something else which cost almost €700. I was contacted by the hotel soon after, I explained it was substandard and asked for a partial refund. I was told, rather rudely.. "no, it's the penalty for leaving". I said the air-conditioning unit is broken and it's a fire hazard. I was told that I shouldn't have used it, "so that's it". And the call was over.... Awful, awful experience and people... AVOID, AVOID, AVOID....

The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to get around the city. However, we could barely sleep due to the noise from nighttime activities, such as pedestrians talking and often shouting, as well as the trucks cleaning up the trash, which also happened during the night. Next time, I'd rather choose a place just outside the city center. (-) The bathroom is rather small, suitable for only one person. (-) There is no air conditioning. The fan provided did not work properly; it was too weak to handle the heat, even at night. (-) No breakfast is included. (-) Price: Quite expensive in my opinion, compared to the hotel we stayed at in Rome, which included air conditioning, a bigger room, a more comfortable bed, and breakfast, all for a lower price. (+) The rooftop bar, which is open to the public, is nice. (+) They let us to leave our bags after check-out which was nice. Because we had to wait hours for our train to another city. (*) Not all the receptionists speak English, but we managed using Google Translate’s voice feature.
