Ulasan Grand Hotel Cavour

Can’t beat the location. In the heart of the city, very short walk to most attractions and great restaurants around. We needed an emergency dental assistance during Easter holiday and the concierge went above and beyond to help us getting help. Rooftop bar has great views of the old city but unfortunately no food options. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location, lovely hotel very nicely appointed room. Good decoration and nice bathroom. The breakfast was very good. There is only arranged parking through the hotel as it is in ZTL zone and is expensive at a minimum of €35 for a small car which increases the cost of the stay. Other than that, excellent.

The people at the front desk were great and very helpful. The location is good. However, the hotel is very old and tired. The beds were hard as a rock. They even gave me a thin mattress topper but it was like putting that in the floor-so still a very hard bed. We had the two bedroom suite. All it is is two separate rooms which when you books it as a suite, they are close together. However, it’s no suite. Even the towels were torn apart. I would give it a 3 stars only because the people were nice. But in no way is this a 5 star hotel.

這家酒店最差勁的地方就是在於：有一個非常垃圾的前台工作人員，一位短髮的中年女人。 今年一年我在這個酒店入住過8次左右，每一次衹要是她接待我，我都覺得很不愉快，一開始她是沒有耐心，不喜歡亞洲面孔。 而這一次讓我憤怒的原因是，本來我預訂了一間單人房，後來我的朋友過來找我，被她攔住了，阻止了他進酒店。後來我到前台和她溝通，她用很差的語氣説我不能讓我朋友進去，於是我説我可以付款差價，這個時候她離開了一會再回來，趾高氣昂的告訴我需要再付150歐元的費用，但是不會給我換房間。於是，最後在我付款了170歐元房費的前提下又付款了150歐元，衹能住一個單人間，我不懂這個是正常的嗎？？ 最後，在我付款完成之後，這位女士還用非常不屑的對我説：“明天你退房之後還要再來付城市税，兩個人的，你理解嗎？” 抱歉，我不能理解這是作為一個服務人員應該有的態度嗎？這位女士你真的很沒有教養。衹要你還在這個酒店，我就不會再來入住，並且我會告訴所有人你的噁心行為。 除了這位噁心的女士之外，這家酒店的其他都很完美。我願意為我以上的言論負責，謝謝。

O hotel fica num local estratégico para quem quer curtir firenze, a entrada do hotel é muito bonita e aconchegante, a limpeza do quarto é ok, e o ponto mais alto foi a comida. Porém, alguns pontos me desagradaram muito que não voltarei a me hospedar neste hotel a começar por uma recepcionista, que solicitou cartão de crédito, mesmo indo com minha estadia totalmente paga, quando disse que não possuía cartão de crédito e sempre pago tudo à vista, a funcionária me tratou com cara de nojo e desconfiança, como se eu não pudesse me hospedar neste hotel financeiramente, recebi então minhas chaves e fui para um pequeno e simples quarto, não compatível a um hotel 4 estrelas, aonde passei muito frio pois não tinha cobertor, as 4:00 da manhã acordei com uma gritaria embaixo da minha janela , pois era domingo e as pessoas estavam saindo de clubs, até as 5:30 da manhã foi muito barulho na rua. Porém as paredes finas pareciam papelão e as 5:30 da manhã começou a bateçao de portas e falação no corredor, e quando finalmente conseguir cair no sono as exatos 8:00 da manhã o sino da igreja quase que dentro do meu quarto começou a tocar a cada 15 minutos. Enfim, após uma viagem de avião de 18 horas eu escolhi o hotel errado para descansar. Após o delicioso café da manhã fui querer tirar fotos do mesanino que estava fechado e só abre a noite. Na saída, a mesma funcionária me vendo sair com as malas gritou na frente de vários hóspedes que eu não poderia sair sem fazer o checkout, e mesmo a outra funcionária que me atendeu no mesmo falando que eu já havia feito com ela , foi relutante em aceitar , eu sai morrendo de vergonha como se eu fosse uma ladra. Péssima experiência

Ottimo, consiglierei solamente di curare piccoli particolari come alcune parti che necessiterebbero di essere riverniciate oppure la qualità della colazione, forse un po’ meno cibo e più qualità, però consiglio vivamente come hote

I love this property, the location is perfection. My only complaint is that the rooms are SO HOT. I like a cold room to sleep in, and with mosquitoes, opening the windows was not an option. No A/C that I could find. Ugh

Excellent place heart of Florence enjoyed it a lot. Room is big and clean. Everything is walking distance and they have very nice rooftop bar. Definitely going back

Fantastic location close to all the main attractions. Staff were really friendly and helpful pointing out places to visit we hadn’t considered. Roof top bar definitely worth a visit
