Very kind and helpful staff. I stayed in recently renovated room which was new and clean. The only thing; central heating does not work continuesly  . I had to tell them to increase the temp. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Very spacious room, clean beddings. Breakfast had a nice variety of pastries, jams and cereal. 5 minute walk to Opera di Santa Maria, the city centre, close to food stores at night

The reviews were very low, but after checking in I found it to be okay. A little better than expected. Breakfast is a bit simple. It costs 455 yuan a night with breakfast, which is pretty good. The location is also good.

The retro style decoration is very close to the train station/Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore/Accademia Gallery/Central Market

This hotel actually has an elevator and there are beautiful sculptures in the lobby. The city tax is relatively expensive, but the location is convenient and the room is large enough. The service from the counter staff is friendly and overall highly recommended.

Nice room, location, breakfast. The mattresses on the bed are moving apart. There is no tea set in the room. Only 2 bottles of water as an entry compliment.
