Had a lovely time at the hotel the staff were very attentive and helpful and nice! 😊 The free boat activities is a must loved the boat ride in the morning, and if you need more vegetarian options just ask the Chef. Also when i arrived there was no water bottle in my room but i could just call and they would bring so thats fine! Loved walking all along the beach and seeing how nice the water gets as you walk further down.

The hallway stinks. The rooms are humid. It just stinks. Is this an old hotel? The lobby is clean. The beach is nice. The food was mostly curry-like. The hair dryer turns off after 2 minutes. It turns back on after 5 minutes. The water pressure is good. There is hot water.

Last minute holiday. Couldn't access my room until 2pm so had to sit about for a few hours after a long journey. That was my only complaint. Staff were great, particularly the lovely ladies in the restaurant. Food was pretty decent for an all inclusive package though I personally would like more Mauritian dishes. My room was clean and the bed very comfortable. I used the Serenity Spa on a couple of occasions. Pushtika was a delight. My massage was a bit uncomfortable at times as I have a knotty back, but afterwards I felt so relaxed. Definitely worth a visit. Tip: take a pair of swim shoes if you're going in the sea.

WOW, such a warm welcome to this amazing hotel from staff at front desk reception. Each and every member of staff has a warm friendly smile and welcome you with open arms. However, there was 1 or 2 who came across as being rude, this could be due to language barriers and their understanding of certain words or ways to explain hotel policies. We did have to request a drink of water on several occasions as we had early arrival and check in and use of facilities such as the bar is not until 2.00pm. So if you require a drink of water on arrival, be prepared to pay. The staff go above and beyond to assist you in any way they can, treat you like family to ensure you enjoy your stay. We had been here 2 weeks and sad to be leaving as we made some lovely friends and had great company each evening. It would be difficult to mention every staff member by name who have served us as I would hate to think I left anyone out. The general manager Dave Bundhoo should be proud of all his staff. Thank you Dave for your ensuring that not only your guests are a priority but also the staff who serve us each day. I'm not sure as to which hotel Inspire303013 stayed at as their review certainly does not match that of our experience. Breakfast: There is plenty of choice and if you have special dietary requirements then let the staff know, don't just presume they are mind readers. Lunch and dinner buffet, again lots of choices to choose from and also a menu is available for you to order from at a small cost. I celebrated my birthday on the 11th March and ordered the Lobster meal on offer. It was absaloutly amazing, cooked and served to perfection. Plus the extra surprise of a birthday cake and best wishes birthday song from all the staff. Thank you, you all made my birthday a special one. Love you all. Disabilities and access. Pearl Beach is disabled friendly and will go out of their way in order to accommodate to your needs. My hubby has mobility issues and he did not have to worry about using all of the facilities available. The only problem we encountered was sun loungers on the beach near to access areas as other guests were reserving chairs from very early morning or would move their loungers so close to you that you had little room to get on/off your seat. The All Inclusive package is superb. Beach towels provided and if you reserve the beautiful Club suite, then bath robes, toiletries, coffee machine, kettle and mini bar is included in the Club suite package as well as a turn down service. Our room maid Rubina was amazing, she looked after us well. Thank you. The hotel is due to close in June for 4 months in order for major renovations to take place. We also had the opportunity in which to visit the sister hotel next door. Beautiful fresh, crisp and clean hotel, however there is a warm family feel at Pearle Beach that I'm sure will spread over once renovations and other plans have taken place. Thank you Mr Bundhoo for everything, we have had an amazing ti

This was a very lovely hotel, the staff were mostly happy and smiling, just a few didn't unfortunately. The location was right on the beach. This was my first holiday solo since I lost my husband, which is why I chose a smaller hotel. The food was average, a bit samey, disappointed there was only one fish, no shell fish, ie prawns or squid. I appreciate it is probably difficult to predict how much to cook and of what wiĺ be most popular. I questionnaire to visitors might not be a bad idea. You could buy some lobster or squid for an extra charge. The drinks were all great, a good choice, for coffees and cocktails. There was only one pool, which was adequate. I never found it difficult to find a sunbed at the pool or by the sea. The rooms were quite spacious, in need of some fine tuning, but apparently, it is closing in June for 4 months for a complete change and refurbishment. Disappointed that you don't have anything in your fridge, just in case you fancy something other than tea or coffee late at night. Toiletries were given, but it was quite difficult to squeeze out of the bottle, would recommend they used refil wall dispensers instead, would save the use of plastic and probably less waste. I will hopefully return again, and next time explore a bit more of the island, now that I am aware what it is like to be a solo traveller. The manager was very accommodating too. Thank you to Patrick at the bar. He always smiled even though he seemed very overworked. Room was cleaned daily. Lovely view with balcony. Room 210.

It's an older hotel that needs a renovation, although the room was very clean and tidy every day. Hotel offers a good variety of continental and exotic dishes to choose from. It would be good they provide water/tea as complimentary during dinner time. Staff was absolutely great, polite and heplful.
