Absolutely beautiful place and the hosts was really friendly and went above and beyond to help. Location is perfect right on the sea front with a beautiful clean beach and trams very close by to go to Cleveleys or Blackpool /Lytham The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need and all the little touches really makes this place stand out from the rest... We booked 2 apartments for our mums 70th birthday. Absolutely perfect weekend stay from start to finish. We were welcomed like family by Lynda and Mick. Our rooms were lovely and clean with everything we needed for our stay. So nice to sit and eat breakfast looking out on an amazing view of the sea. We will definitely be back thank you

Lovely clean rooms everything provided great value accommodation. We were unfortunately at the back be sure and book a sea view room to make the most of the fabulous beach front location. Free parking right outside. Great place to stay

First but not the last time we'll be staying here, from the moment we arrived it felt like home, Mick gave us a lovely welcome and a quick view of other rooms for future visits. As soon as we walked in the decor grabbed me, nice wall art and everything was extremely clean and tidy. Our room was everything and more than we expected with a fantastic view of the seafront and over to Walney Island. Coffee,tea and other items were there for us which we didn't expect. Lynda & Mick came out to wish us goodbye and we wished we'd booked for extra stay, next time :)

We had such a wonderful and special stay at Kelvin House. Everything was perfect, the most special part were the tremendous hosts Lynda and Mick. They had really thought of all the little special touches! Our room was incredible, overlooking the beautiful sea view. The location is ideal, plenty to do in Fleetwood for the day, and also close to Knott End, Cleveleys and Blackpool. The tram stop is just down the road to travel to Blackpool for the day if that takes your fancy. The room is fully equipped for self-catering and is very spacious. The bed was comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. We couldn't rave about it more. We would love to come back!
