"This hotel is very hit and miss. If you get a well-maintained room in a quiet area it's perfectly adequate. This latest stay matched that description, but previous stays here have not. I was in a ground floor room - I thought the policy was to put single female travellers on an upper floor, but perhaps this has changed? The window didn't have a locking mechanism so although it only opened a limited amount it would be enough for someone to get their head in. Other than that, the stay was fine. Staff I spoke to were very welcoming. I've given a lower rating for location because it's in the southbound services on the M3, which can make it noisy. Plus, if you are travelling northbound you have to go all the way back to the previous junction and turn around which is very frustrating. I probably won't stay here again."

"The hotel is located on the main street of a small town, surrounded by restaurants and a few steps away from the Waitrose supermarket. The staff is polite. Although the room is smaller, it is clean and hygienic. The price including breakfast is fair and the quality of the food is not bad at all, especially with a variety of Chuaning tea bags to choose from. This hotel is worth staying again if you go on a Fleet tour to visit relatives again."

"It was an extremel hot day and we arrived approximately1600 hrs. The room was reasonably cool. We were booked in By Loki. We went to the restaurant for our evening meal to be absolutely frozen by the temperature that the air conditioning was set at. Eventually we asked for it to be turned down but Lok also brought a cardigan for my wife to wear. The meal itself was delicious. Breakfast was better as not so cold. Location is absolutely great for getting around. There was plenty of parking. All in all a very successful stay. Thamk you."
