Absolute Weltklasse! Damit meine ich das Hotel Tirol in Fiss rund um das Team von Familie Pregenzer... nicht nur, dass die Hotelausstattung keine Wünsche offen lässt, hier wird einem wirklich jedes Anliegen von den Augen abgelesen und auch erfüllt... wir waren schon einige Male im Sommer und im Winter zu Gast, Familie Pregenzer samt Team beweisen immer wieder, dass eine Steigerung möglich ist... vor allem kulinarisch hat das Küchenteam heuer mehrere "Bomben" gezündet... so verwöhnt wurden wir in diesem Haus noch nie... der grenzlose Höhepunkt war heuer definitiv die Küchenparty... ich möchte gar nicht viel verraten, einfach selbst ausprobieren... vielen herzlichen Dank für die unübertreffbare Gastfreundschaft, liebe Familie Pregenzer, wir sehen uns sicher heuer ein weiteres Mal! Vielen Dank auch an ihr tolles Team... sie können sehr stolz darauf sein!!!

Sehr empfehlenswertes tolles 4 Sterne S Hotel in herrlicher Lage!! Kompetente, herzliche, zuvorkommende und jederzeit für das Wohlbefinden ihrer Gäste bemühte Gastgeber und Team. Super freundliche und fachlich gut ausgebildete Mitarbeiterinnen/Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, im Service, Küche und Reinigung! Tolles und qualitativ hochwertiges Frühstück , feine 5 gängige Abendmenüs bzw.Themenabende (Hausparty/Fondueabend etc.). Gut ausgestatteter Fitnessraum, super schöner Rooftop und Wellnessbereich. Wir kommen schon lange Jahre ins Hotel Tirol und fühlen uns immer super wohl und herzlich betreut. Es ist wie heimkommen!! Auch im vergangenen Dezember war alles wieder top! Ihr Lieben macht weiter so 👍😊

Es ist Wirklich das Beste Hotell in dem Ich jemals war. Das Personal ist wirklich extrem Freundlich und Cool. Das Essen ist auch echt extrem lecker und eine der Sachen auf die Ich mich jedes mal freue wenn Ich hier bin. Es ist auserdem nicht weit weg von der Skipiste also Wirklich super.

Very nice place to stay, helpful staff, good food and drinks. lovely atmosphere. think i will stay there again it was a pleashure rooms very big and clean, loved all the details and the history of that building. they had some nice events during the week

Nous avons adoré: le riche buffet du petit déjeuner, la chambre spacieuse et admirablement décorée, le spa, l’accueil chaleureux du personnel. La soirée au spa et le buffet de fromages dans la cave à vin sont incontournables. Ne les ratez sous aucun prétexte. Nous avons été déçus par le menu du soir dont les plats étaient peu goûteux. Attention aux buffets qui n’étaient pas toujours réapprovisionnés (matin et soir) et par conséquent offraient un choix limité pour ceux qui mangent tard.

Nachdem unser vorheriges Hotel - das Gebhard - für uns unverständlicherweise die Abendrestauration aufgegeben hat, sind wir erstmals im Hotel Tirol gelandet und haben einen prachtvollen Winterurlaub von 10 Tagen verlebt. Ein schönes, kürzlich wahrscheinlich modernisiertes Themenzimmer, tolles Frühstücksbuffet und variantenreiches Abendessen sowie verschiedene Rahmenprogramme (Küchenapéro, Musik, hipper Weinkeller mit dem Käsebuffet), sowie eine kleine, aber schöne Wellnessanlage machten unseren Aufenthalt zum vollen Erfolg. Personal und die Eigner sind allesamt freundliche und kompetente Menschen, aufmerksam und unkompliziert. Auf den ersten Blick mag der Preis recht hoch zu sein, aber was man dafür bekommt rechtfertigt diesen.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Von Beginn an wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen und der Service während des gesamten Urlaubes war hervorragend. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und jeder Wunsch mehr als erfüllt. Wir hatten ein Zimmerupgrade erhalten und konnten uns somit über eine sehr moderne und stilvolle Suite freuen, die keine Wünsche offen gelassen hat. Das Essen war hervorragend! Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Ping-Pong Essen, zumindest für die Leute, die noch gerne Fleisch essen ;-) !!!! Der Spa-Bereich ist ebenfalls sehr stilvoll und modern. Und von dem Pool hat man eine wunderschöne Aussicht über die gegenüberliegende Bergkette! Also, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Auch ein absolutes Highlighte ist der Weinkeller!

Room beautiful, spa excellent, waiter for 6 nights excellent (different waiter last night, rude) Food ranged from excellent to poor. Half board doesn’t include water! The tap water is delicious, but only able to drink in your room. Massively over-priced wine. You don’t know what price you’re paying if you ask for a glass of wine with your meal, until you get the bill the next morning, and it’s extortionate. Left us feeling ripped-off. Staff very friendly and pleasant. (Except last night). Didn’t get any of that “Austrian family “ friendliness I’ve experienced in other Austrian hotels. Owners couldn’t/wouldn’t speak English. Luckily my partner could speak German so they said hello to him. Overall a great hotel, but they need to stop being so money grabbing over drinks. Nothing to drink with the afternoon snack. Even a glass of water would be charged to your room. Just left a bad taste after our stay here. A great shame.
