I stayed for one night at Peppers Moonah Links Resort, in Room 10 at St Georges. When we entered the room, it was extremely hot and the air conditioning was broken. When my girlfriend and I woke up, we both had back pain from the bed. I didn’t expect to have this kind of experience. The place itself was fantastic, and the service at reception was very good and friendly.

The service staff had a very bad attitude and the equipment was outdated. I booked two rooms but they were in two different areas. I would not recommend anyone I know to stay here because the experience was very bad.

The service of this hotel is very poor. I booked two rooms at the same time, but they were assigned to different buildings. I checked in on time but was informed that there were no extra beds (I asked before check-in that I could add extra beds for an extra fee). Overall, there is no service at all, and the hotel facilities are old and mediocre. There are also some differences between the rooms of the same room type. It can be considered a landmine.

I booked this hotel for a hot spring bath, but I didn't understand the room description. I thought I booked a suite with a kitchen. I didn't want to eat white food, so I went to an Asian supermarket to buy food. When I arrived, I realized that I didn't have anything. Then I asked if I could change the room but I had to pay twice as much. But the room itself is great. It's on the golf course, the environment is very good, the room is big and comfortable, and parking is very convenient
