Ulasan Hotel Alone

This hotel does not cater for British people. We are a family of 4, the staff barely understand when you try ask them anything, we asked for extra chairs for balcony in first day, never got them we asked for a couple extra glasses as only had 2, never got them. We were told no when taking our own juice to the pool, there are no signs saying you are not allowed your own drinks, if there is they are not in English. Pool was lovely. That is probably the only positive of this hotel.

The hotel is ok,the food is basic the only decent food here is the breakfast, there's no entertainment for children here we stayed for a week and every night it was flamenco or ball room dancing for the elderly people which seemed to be most of the guests here, the area around the hotel is OK with a few shops but not many stay open later than 6.i wouldn't recommend to families

Cleanliness is next to Godliness, we are very close to heaven.Great friendly staff,good food, service second to none. Beautiful signature pool with slide and waterfalls. Situated in a lovely quiet area,three minutes walk from finestra ⛱ beach. Recommended

Outstanding,service staff mega helpful,lots of activities for all guests ,older clientele,but they really had great times,away from all the hustle but close enough to enjoy also,restaurant an obvious pick as best facility such a wide range of local seafood and quality Spanish recipes

I stayed here at almost the same time last year so thought it would be a good place to take my daughter and grandchildren. We were disappointed that this year the included wine and water with meals did not start until November, however this was not promised (nice surprise last year). The reply to my last review said that if we made known our requirements a vegetarian diet would be provided. However although I sent an email in advance and also spoke to a receptionist about it on our first day it was if anything more difficult than last year. I felt the food in general wasn't quite as good. Most dining staff were different from last year. They took your plate as you put the last mouthful in - it makes a lot more washing up when you were going to get some more. Bit weird and not relaxing. We loved the pool area (apart from the uncomfortable sunbeds) with the relaxing sound of waterfalls and the kids spent a lot of time in the pools . I like that all rooms are external, the beds quite comfortable and the pillows lovely. Lots of nice walks around. We were a bit bored by all the line dancing. All shows were very late and didn't last long. Maybe entertainment is better in the summer. Despite some criticisms still worth four rating.

What a wonderful hotel. I recently stayed here for a few weeks with my mother. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the beach. There are a few small shops around to get water and aldi 5 minutes from the hotel. My mother is a coeliac and all her food has to be gluten free. It can be a real chore when travelling, but not at this hotel. They bring out a special gluten free menu for lunch and dinner and it shows what is gluten free. If somewhere there isn't gluten free, they can ask the kitchen to make it especially for her. The selection of food and the staff, make this hotel truly special. Its a real little jem. Every member of staff is very helpful, polite and welcoming - from restaurant to reception to housekeeping and maintenence. But especially Ana in the restaurant. She was a real star. Please bear in mind that the hotel is mainly frequented by Spanish guests, so the food is mostly to Spanish tastes and so is the entertainment. Communication can be a little difficult but nothing that some patience and Google translate usually cannot fix. We only had 3 small issues with our stay in our room 610. First, the rooms are very dark, but maintenence were happy to remove the lampshades for us, which helped a lot. Secondly, our sink stopper was broken for the entity of our stay. It was one of those ones that you press down to fill the sink and press again to release it and let the water drain. It was totally stuck and we hand-wash clothes on holiday to save bag space. I managed to get it to release after effort, but the bolt looked broken and the spring came out. We went to reception, but sadly this was the one incidence where Google translate didn't work. We eventually figured we could stop the water by putting a bottle top in the sink when we needed. The third incident was there was only 2 single sockets in the bedroom. One next to the patio door and one on one side of the bed. I had to constantly charge a powerbank to charge my phone at night. But despite these very minor *******, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone who loves a quiet hotel in a quiet resort with a beautiful small safe beach 5 minutes walk away.

We booked 5 night break on H/B basis,,Breakfast and evening dinner..First night dinner was awful..2nd day,,breakfast awful,,dinner was worse..dining staff a bit aggressive,but overworked and tired,,not our fault..Cleaning staff a credit to hotel,,place and rooms spotless,,very good servicing of room..beautiful hotel,,reception staff very nice although,,like the dining staff, we felt they favoured the Spainish guests more than the British...sadly because of the food quality i would not advise going to Hotel Alone,unless on room only basis..

Rooms were good (but a fridge would be good). I was full board and the food was very nice. Water and wine is now included with meals. I don't eat meat so it would be better not to put ham in runner beans or scrambled eggs and I wish there were more often vegetarian soups but there was still plenty to choose from. The cooked breakfast was not great but there was a great array of continental.. The dining room staff were pleasant and very efficient. The room cleaners did an excellent job. Everyone was Spanish there and a lot seemed to be repeat visitors. The hotel was very well run. I was disappointed the jacuzzis weren't heated and the sunbeds won't sit up so I found them uncomfortable. Like most places in Spain now, there's no smoking on the bar terrace. I wanted to put a review on Travel Republic but don't seem to be able to. On here worth more than 4 but less than 5.

On the website its stated within walking distance of town centre We walked it just under 7 miles to the old town not great taxi is €12 to old town If you want a holiday within walking distance of amenities then this hotel its not for you Won't be coming back

Rating: 3/10 Staff were friendly and breakfast was ok, location was great. Outdoor pool had a slide for the kids but the pool area was a mess, not well kept and no lifeguard. Used a different pool. Travelling with our 5 year old and were placed on the highest floor of the hotel. Requested a room on a lower floor, didn’t happen. For this reason, the room was absolutely boiling hot. Got maintenance to check out the air con and they said it was working fine, it was because we were so close to the roof. Wouldn’t stay at the hotel again.

Hemos pasado 15 días, con 3 habitaciones y con nuestra mascota. Repetimos un año más y genial de nuevo, las habitaciones súper limpias, el aire acondicionado perfecto, hay que destacar la amabilidad del personal 6 su profesionalidad muy serviciales y amables en recepción y dirección, un trato muy personalizado y directo. El restaurante súper limpio todo, la comida del bufet muy variada y rica, los camareros súper amables, da gusto estar en el hotel. La piscina muy limpia amenizada con música y la cafetería de piscina y noche todos geniales!! Volveríamos seguro!! Y las mascotas están muy confortables en las habitaciones. Además el hotel está muy bien comunicado.

Surpresa pela positiva. Hotel de 3 estrelas com muita qualidade. Pequeno almoço muito bom, comparado a qualquer hotel de 4 estrelas . Almoço e jantar bom , comida muito boa. Única falta era de grelhados em chapa que normalmente encontras nos 4 estrelas,mas estamos num de 3. Quartos bons para família de 4. Piscina boa, com escorrega e 2 jacuzzi. Limpeza perfeita todos os dias dos quartos,nada a apontar nas zonas comuns. Animação a noite todos os dias , tendo noites temáticas, como a noite branca a sexta feira. Resumindo é muito bom , vale bem o valor pago. Parabéns a toda equipa do hotel. A repetir sem dúvida

El pasado día 25 de agosto dejamos atrás nuestras vacaciones en el Hotel Alone, después de 6 días de estancia. Este a sido nuestra cuarta visita al hotel, ya que desde 2021 es nuestro destino vacacional, por lo que significa que nos encanta!!. Todo el personal es muy amable y profesional, desde recepción, camareros de bar y de sala y limpieza. El equipo de animación muy profesional y hacen de nuestra estancia y sobretodo de los niñ@s y jóvenes unos días cargados de juegos, actividades y mucho bailoteo. En cuanto a la comida por lo menos para nosotros es ideal, buffet con variedad tanto en desayuno y comidas. La limpieza tanto de las estancias como de las habitaciones es perfecta, las habitaciones amplias y con balcón y aire acondicionado. Cuenta con una piscina con un tobogán y 2 jacuzzi que hace las delicias de niñ@s, jóvenes y mayores. Por poner unas pegas o sugerencias para nosotros es que los ascensores al estar conectados se hace un poco eterna la espera para subir o bajar y es agobiante, ya que prácticamente es como si hubiese un ascensor ya que el de la izquierda pita cuando suben varias personas pese a que no se llegue al peso indicado y tiene que bajarse alguien, seria un puntazo si algú técnico lo pudiese solucionar y una última sugerencia estaría muy bien la colocación de un reloj en la pared en la zona de la piscina. Por lo demás y si no pasa nada en agosto 2025, volveremos a pasar unos días con la familia del Alone. 100% recomendable.

La comida buena ,pero poca variedad Que no haya nadie controlando,la piscina y los jacuzzis. Ya que la gente tiene poca educación. La animación pésima . Eso sí los trabajadores muy bien ,no hay ninguna queja . Eso sí tienes en la puerta la línea del bus.
