Camping Village Panoramico Fiesole

Great to arrive one morning and get a last minute space, as they were no longer taking reservations like many other campsites across Tuscany. Beautiful spot, incredible views. Up high so not many mosquitoes & cooler in the evening. Lovely to cool off in the pool. Good pizza & bakery. One washing up station - the smaller one - had no work surface so was tricky to wash up - tip, use the bigger one instead!! We missed the shuttle bus - walk down was lovely but walk up was very hot! Fantastic and we loved it, great for a day trip to Florence, if a bit on the expensive side - hence why I can’t do 5 stars. €111 / night for motorhome, 2 adults and 2 teens which get charged as adult and 1 kid…. But I suppose this near to Florence, everything is expensive!

Lovey two night stay in our motor home , The reception staff were friendly and informative regarding the bus into Florence , and there shuttle bus. Swimming pool fab , views in the evening breathtaking. We didn’t eat in the restaurant, but from what I saw , looked ok . Only negative, they say they have a market ( food shop) , there’s nothing really in it , I couldn’t make a meal from anything they had . If you want some bread / rolls in the morning you order them the evening before. All in all lovley stay

We didn’t realising we had to be off sight at 10am and not just checked out of our accommodation. We paid a lot of money so wanted to enjoy the pool and what we thought was a public restaurant which is very confusing as to why we had to leave it even tho we were paying money and it’s not like we were taking the mick. The reception hung around watching us not bothering to tell us that we needed to leave and when told we got up and apologised. We left out bags for one minute to try and book another night and the lady on reception who was a lot of bad reviews told us to “GET BAGS” “GO AWAY” and met everything else we said with I don’t care. We have this all on video, so lie all you want saying no one shouted at us like you did on the Google review we have the rude abuse coming out of her mouth on video. Very embarrassing establishment please do not go here if you want a nice holiday😂

While everyone could enjoy the beautiful view and the nature, I had to experience very unsecured and threatened visit while paying the same as other people who were allowed to enjoy the stay. Long story short, we paid the next day as we have arrived shortly after check in time & nobody was there. When asked for extra charges for our car (since we didn’t use any RV services, it is a normal car), which was not there on the first invoice, she said if I question more than she’d call the police, adding to “trust me I’m rude” “trust me I don’t want to understand you” and other following rude remarks. Personally I think she’s a racist since she was making mocking sounds to me and assumed my husband is a friend as we are different races. I couldn’t even understand the charges bc she wanted to dismiss me! Lol. Anyhow, the entire stay I was here there were people randomly coming nearby and watching us rather than saying hi, it was very weird and later I got scared since my husband was away and was alone. On the first day I came to the restaurant inside, they were rudely pointing us and asked us to leave our ID on the front desk - then later said something in Italian about Americans 🤪 While you may enjoy your time here without having to go through the similar experience as being the “majority”, this place was not so friendly and nice for me & the lady was too extra, didn’t really go well with the vibe of the camp site. I just realized I was charged wrong as the price list does not say anything about the parking fees, only $9 for the tent which we did not have. Since we didn’t get a place, we shared the same site as our friend, so they shouldn’t have charged us more. Be aware! Facilities are old and need some TLC, but serves their purposes. I think without the workers at the campsite, it would have been a calming and relaxing time. Restaurant people, though, they are very nice and go extra.

Ganz schrecklicher Zustand der Sanitären Anlagen!!! Rezeption unfreundlich. Alles in einem desolaten Zustand. Nur ein paar wenige Plätze haben einen Hauch Aussicht auf Florenz. Der Internetauftritt täuscht sehr, bzw. liegt schon sehr lange zurück. Viele Schmuddelecken mit Bauschutt u. Müll. Eigentlich eine Perle von Platz, jedoch ohne Pflege ….

Passez votre chemin, ce camping est beaucoup trop cher pour les services proposés. On nous a stressé pour arriver avant 18h en nous menaçant que sinon, notre emplacement allait être remis à quelqu’un d’autre. Nous avons payer 49€ pour être placé dans un emplacement sans aucune vue et loin des toilettes (environ 100 marches à monter pour y arriver). Pour arriver et repartir de l’emplacement c’est hyper étroit. De plus sur la route pour arriver au camping nous sommes passé dans une rue à sens unique très étroite, où nous avons du faire 10 minutes de manœuvre pour arriver à passer dans un contour à 90 degrés en montée (il y avait 3cm de chaque côté du van VW). L’électricité sur l’emplacement était si faible que nous avons pas pu recharger notre batterie au lithium. Et nous ne captions pas le wifi. Les personnes travaillant à la réception étaient exécrables et lorsque nous avons demandé à parler au patron cela a été refusé. Le seul point positif, la dame parlant français travaillant au bar était très gentille et était la seule à essayer de trouver des solutions à nos problèmes, merci à elle.
