"We were guests at The Residence for Two weeks at the end of May We are regular guests to Antalya in The Regnum Maxx Royal Cullinan Rixos etc so high calibre hotels This hotel’s ambiance service and vibes bettered all the above We were totally blown away with the welcome given on arrival the service kindness and genuine care that your stay was of a high standard Everyone from cleaners gardeners waiters and managers, welcome service and attitude was outstanding We stayed in block 46 with views out to sea thru the wooded area this block receives sun all day and is extremely quiet The room has a jacuzzi style bath (salts and oils included) Power shower iron ironing board hairdryer and straighteners Bottles of branded sprits and a fridge full of soft drinks There are snacks and chocolate replaced daily too Pillow menu and pillow spray! The room is nothing short of immaculate with turn down service included too There is a swim up bar a pool bar and a beach bar Service round the pool is constant from friendly Emily staff who simply can not do enough for you The resort seems to be mainly English guests and the standard of spoken English by all staff is amazing Food is served daily in the main resturant which is all Al a carte you will want for nothing Cuphea is a nice lunch time area also Al a carte) bookable but free in evenings) You can book free The Al a cartes next door too There are 3 Turkish Italian and Chinese Payable steak and fish Balkon has a fabulous Turkish breakfast spread in a gorgeous setting In the lounge there are chocolates ice cream and cakes ☺️ After frequently visiting the top hotels in Antalya with double if not more price tag I can highly recommend The Residance It maybe considerably smaller but service facilities and overall feeling of complete tranquility is second to none I could go on and on .. but dint think twice about booking Enjoy "

"Amazing stay with outstanding service and activities! From the moment we arrived at XO Cape Arnna, we felt genuinely welcomed. One of the things we appreciated most was that every guest is assigned a personal assistant who is available to help with any questions or requests throughout the stay. We were also given a tour of the hotel upon arrival, which was a great introduction to the resort and made us feel comfortable and well looked after from day one. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a relaxing atmosphere, well-maintained grounds, comfortable rooms, and plenty of space to enjoy both peaceful moments and social activities. Everything is thoughtfully organized, and the attention to detail can be seen throughout the resort. One of the things that impressed us most was the level of service throughout the hotel. Every member of staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely focused on making guests feel welcome. The overall atmosphere created by the team is warm and positive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also offers a great variety of activities for guests. We especially enjoyed the morning SUP sessions, meditation classes, trapeze activities, and the many opportunities to stay active throughout the day. There is always something interesting happening without it ever feeling overwhelming. A special thank you to Oguz from the animation team for the amazing activities. The morning SUP sessions became one of the highlights of our stay, and the regular volleyball games twice a day created a fun and friendly atmosphere where guests could meet and spend time together. We would also like to thank the girls from the event team for the wonderful evenings, great company, and enjoyable conversations. Their energy and professionalism helped create memorable nights. The evening entertainment was excellent, with impressive shows, music, dancing, and a vibrant atmosphere every night. A special compliment to the Beach Bar team as well. The cocktails were delicious, and the bartenders were always happy to prepare drinks according to our preferences. Their creativity, friendliness, and attention to detail made every visit to the bar a pleasure. Overall, what truly makes XO Cape Arnna special is its people. The combination of outstanding service, engaging activities, excellent entertainment, and a welcoming atmosphere made this one of our favorite hotel experiences. We would be delighted to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday."

"Since this was our first foreign trip together, I wanted our four nights here to be a special treat. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi suite with sea view was a major disappointment and downright waste of money. The balcony jacuzzi was unusable since the water was, at best, lukewarm, and the water pressure poor. However, the breathtaking view from our room was simply to die for. Unfortunately, that's what I almost did since the guardrail on the balcony had a bolt unfastened and shifted dangerously under my weight! Inside, the wallpaper was coming off the walls in several places but the ac worked well and the bed was comfy. The manager did his best to remedy the problems and even offered to move us to another suite which we declined since it was smaller and had a lesser view. And there lies the redeeming quality of this hotel. It's staff! Everyone from the restaurant manager to the activities director was geniunly friendly and helpful. No fake smiles or canned greetings. Despite the disappointment of paying for a jacuzzi that we couldn't use, the amazing view from our balcony and the wonderful staff made our stay at King Royal Palace Ölüdeniz truly memorable."

"This was my 10th visit to Liberty Lykia adult only, as I was checking I was welcomed back by Deniz the duty manger , there was such genuine warmth to her welcome back , it made my day, to be greeted like that,it made me feel so happy to be there again . Deniz is always so busy, yet every time she saw me she always made the time to say a quick Hello and asked if everything was going ok and was I enjoying myself . This hotel is outstanding in every way , beautiful surroundings , it truly is where nature meets the sea . The restaurant’s are immaculate ,and the food is delicious and varied every taste is catered for. The staff each and everyone of them go above and beyond, from the housekeeping to reception , they are always polite and helpful, the bartenders remember what your favourite drink is , in the restaurant the waiters remember if you like tea or coffee at breakfast , sometimes as soon as you sit down you drinks are ready. The activity team works hard to include and involve you, if you choose to be involved or will just chat with with you if you prefer just to chill , I loved doing the aqua bikes and aqua trampolines, this hotel has everything anyone could need for a perfect holiday, beautiful setting ,fantastic food, excellent accommodation , fabulous staff, amazing activities and entertainment. I’ve already booked to go again in 2027 my 11th time , that says it all !!"

"I’m a bit torn with this hotel, first of all it is not a 5 star hotel, I would say 3 stars is fair. If you go expecting that you won’t be disappointed. Rooms Our room was not good, we booked a large family room and were given a room at the top of the hill in the basement essentially. There was a terrace but it looked out onto the central staircase and lift shaft. No sunlight could make it through. We asked to be moved and after a loom of discussion they finally agreed but we were given the same room just lower down the hill! Another staircase view! The blinds were also broken so we had no privacy in the room as everyone walking along the corridor could see in. I found reception staff very unhelpful over the room. Overall both rooms were in a poor state of repair and were not well cleaned. There were shelves that were so full of dust they were unusable. Horrible soap dispensers in the shower, the shower wasn’t clean and the water leaked into the toilet next to it. In the first room we got one mini bottle of conditioner and that was it. Despite being a family of 4 we were only given 3 towels and one day got back late to no towels at all in the room. The first family room was a double bed and small sofa bed which was supposed to fit 2 kids (at 15 and 10 that was a squeeze) when we were moved rooms we had bunk beds which was a lot better. Food It was fine, the Turkish food was good, everything else was ok. You were never short of anything and the jacket potato’s from the snack bar were a hit. Very poor selection if you were vegetarian. Whilst there were vegetables it was difficult to get anything other than sides. Staff were good in the restaurant and kept everything clean. Main issue was other customers. Saw a grown man scrape the vegetables from his plate back into the serving dish! Pool This was good and the slides were fab. Open 1030-12 and then 1430-1630 and kids loved them. The pool was freezing. I’m guessing too early in the season to have heated up. Hotel The main hotel was fine, plenty of seats indoors and outdoors. The entertainment staff were good, not our scene but they tried really hard and dealt with everyone well. The shop on site is useful but so expensive! £8 for tampax, £6 shampoo….the handbag shop next door was good though for last minute shopping. Dont rely on the lift working. When we were there it worked for 1 day out of 7! It closes if it rains and also just seems to break down constantly. Trips There was a trip desk and we did the Gorge trip and it was great fun. I thought that was really good value for money and the staff running the trip were brilliant. We went to the waterpark too. A great perk to get in free as expensive otherwise. It had great slides. Easily spend a full day there. Food is expensive but it is in these places. Can easily get to the cable car and OluDeniz and would highly recommend the lagoon. It’s lovely and cheap in a cab. We didn’t use the spa so can’t comment on that."

"Warning! They advertised parking, but you couldn't actually get in. Parking outside cost 2000 lira for two days, and you had to drag your luggage a long way along uneven, difficult-to-walk-on surface. Children weren't allowed. I clearly remember this wasn't mentioned when I booked; I booked in advance, but upon arrival, I was told children weren't allowed, and they wouldn't negotiate a refund or compensation. The owner recommended another place, but the hygiene was terrible. It felt like a cheap hotel; the price was similar, so I figured the environment couldn't be much better."

"We had a really lovely stay. The apartment was clean, tidy, and set within a well-secured resort, which made us feel comfortable throughout. It’s in a great location too—just a short walk to everyday essentials like transport links and some nice, affordable places to eat. The resort itself faces the sea, and even though our apartment didn’t have a direct sea view, the beach was literally just across the road. Getting around was very easy without a car since public transport runs regularly and is surprisingly cheap, starting from about 70 pence per trip. The host, Lebrentals, was great to deal with, and Sadik, our main contact, really stood out. He was kind, responsive, and always happy to help—often saying, “just let me know whatever you need,” which we really appreciated. All in all, it was a wonderful experience, and we’d definitely love to come back. It’s a genuinely nice place to stay."
