Un poco antiguo, mejorable. La atención bastante fría. Habitaciones antiguas.

Stayed here with my wife 2 weeks ago . Easy to find in town centre and not too far from old town where restaurants are . Great spacious room with big bed and well stocked bathroom. Everything was spotless . Breakfast was available next morning but a bit pricey at 14 euros each so I passed on this .

The hotel is as expected, clean, spacious and relaxing. The rooms were good and had everything you need. Bathroom was perfect a d cleaned each day. The breakfast was wonderful with a lot of choice and replenished regularly. We ate in the restaurant which offered a good range of food. The food was good. The best aspect of the hotel was definitely the staff. They were helpful, kind and nothing was too much trouble. The manager seemed to work 24/7. The bar manager was exceptional, such a great memory and managed a busy bar with ease and calmness. Reception staff could not do enough for us. Cleaning staff quietly got on with their work as waiting staff calmly served customers in varying languages. Staff raised the service bar to a level I have not experienced before and the owners should feel proud of their employees work. All in all a wonderful stay in a hotel that is perfectly placed to explore Ferrol and the beautiful coast of Galicia with amazing staff.

I stayed here with a group of 20 friends as we embarked on the Camino. The staff was great! The rooms were very clean. I was able to meet the owner who was very friendly and engaged with everyone staying in his hotel. I also met Javior who works the front desk. He was the most helpful person. He was so full of joy and made us feel so special. Thank you Javior!

The hotel is ovely and clean. Very comfortable and a good breakfast. The restaurant Castilla 75 is the Incredible, I tried almost everything on the menu, all of it superb. The staff are brilliant there and very attentive many thanks to you all .
